Very cool atmosphere and unique idea for ramen! So much to choose from in the “library” and easy-to-follow instructions to prepare the noodles. Great service when my kids had questions, and fast on the clean-up when my youngest spilled the broth during preparation (oops). We weren’t really “wow’d” by our meal, though. I think there could be more food selection for decent eats and more variety for toppings, especially for the price. A post-it wall is always a great idea for customers to leave messages and testimonials. Nevertheless, it was fun for the kids!

Very nice experience. Lots of different ramen to choose from another I’ve never seen before and the employee was very helpful with explaining the process. Will definitely try to come again

Awesome selection of Ramen with self cookers and free toppings! They also have toppings for sale and delicious drinks like boba and teas! Staff was super friendly and helpful as well! We will be back!!

Staff is friendly and glad they have spam as one of the extras.
But it’s a bit too pricey for the extra ingredients and the noodles itself. I get it’s about the convenience, choice of noodles, and experience but I am putting these together myself.
Also it would be nice if they would label and/or separate the non spicy from the spicy. To make it easy to find which soups are spicy and not.

Otherwise I like it here. Just wish they were a bit cheaper. Make me feel like it’s worth coming here anytime I want ramen, rather than feeling like I could’ve cooked this at home. They sell individual packs at many stores and definitely not $7-8 just for the soup (that’s without extras…hard boiled egg, spam, cheese, etc..) Price is not far from the price of ramen from those non self serve ramen restaurants. Those restaurants have pork, chicken, tempura, and other ingredients as an option.

The people where kind to us and they where funny sometimes. They helped us when we didn’t know what to pick. I tried one of there ice cream cones and it was amazing. The ice cream was the best vanilla. The price was actually low. The atmosphere was like a korean snack place. It felt like this because there where Korean ramen, chips, drinks, candy. It was the best

Not worth the hype. It’s overly expensive for 2 dollar noodles that you can get at a store. You’re better off getting real healthy noodles at Chicago ramen. 47 dollars for 3 drinks and 3 noodle cups. I could have taken my family at a buffet and we would have ate good for that price. First time trying this place and last time. I can make this at home. It just doesn’t make sense why over charge for something so simple that a machine makes for you.
