The chicken breast pho’s broth was rich and flavorful.
However, the noodles were very thin, and the chicken breast was quite dry.
I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee, and the coffee was really good.

I live a very soup-forward lifestyle and I’m always on the hunt for the best bowl of pho. The hunt is now over. I’ve found it. Literal perfection. A symphony of flavors, rich broth, fresh herbs, delicious high-quality steak and generous portions. I genuinely closed my eyes while eating this. You don’t even need to add hoisin sauce or sriracha, because why mess with perfection? I might go hug the chef. I wanted to take a photo before I ate but I couldn’t resist diving in, so here’s the remainder of the best bowl of pho soup I’ve had.

Wow what an excellent spot for pho! Came here and got the special, the portion was great and great flavor with lots of meat! Broth was amazing and the service was great too! No wait and I’ll be back for sure!

This place is definitely overrated and not a great choice for pho. On the bright side, soup is good. And the portion size is generous and the quality of the meat is actually quite good. However, the “rare steak” wasn’t rare at all — it was just regular cooked beef, lol.
The pho itself didn’t taste authentic. The noodles were too thin and hard at first, and then turned soggy just a few minutes later. The texture was honestly very disappointing. It felt like the noodles were pre-cooked and just quickly reheated with hot broth when ordered — everything tasted like it was made separately and thrown together at the last minute. Also, overpriced.
Lastly, the service was cold and unfriendly. The staff barely smiled and seemed indifferent — poker-faced the whole time, to US. Maybe it’s just because we’re Asian.

We loved our lunch dining experience. The pho was outstanding! The broth was richly decadent and full of beefy goodness. The service was lightning fast. The price point matched the quality of the food making it a good value.

This pho is a true culinary masterpiece for meat lovers. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices that complement the tender cuts of meat. The rib meat is succulent and juicy, practically falling off the bone with each bite. The ox tail adds a wonderful gelatinous texture and depth to the soup, making every spoonful an indulgence. The other meat cuts are equally well-prepared, each bringing its unique flavor and texture to the dish. Combined with fresh herbs and perfectly cooked noodles, this pho is a hearty and satisfying experience that leaves you craving more.

Food was amazing! I got the spicy tuna on crispy rice and brisket pho, both were fresh, flavorful and fair price (at least for upper scale LA standards). My female waitress, who I assume owned the restaurant, was incredibly kind and quick with service along with the other gentleman working there. No complaints, will be back!

Not bad, pretty solid spot. My rib meat was tougher than I expected but still pretty good!
