Papa John’s, you’ve officially become a joke. $40 for two sad pizzas and wings, plus extra for toppings, and what do I get? Cardboard crust with a sprinkle of toppings like you’re feeding pigeons in the park. I understand everything has gone up in price — I seriously wouldn’t have minded paying extra! But wait… I DID. I paid extra for those toppings! And you still skimped like you’re running a topping famine. I remember when you actually cared about customers WHEN YOU FIRST OPENED UP— now you’re just cashing in on mediocrity. This is the second time you’ve ripped me off, and it’ll be the last. If you want overpriced bread with a dab of sauce, this is your place. If you actually want pizza, go literally anywhere else.

Johnson at Papa Jhon’s and the staff gave pretty good customer service. Always greetings with a smile. Very grateful and satisfied with the overall service of this franchise.

We ordered online and the pizza came like this. I also called the manager and he hanged up as soon as we were complaining. I even called the delivery driver and the restaurant and while I was speaking they also just hanged up. Awful service!!

Papa John’s is usually our go to but past two times have been a disappointment. First time, we had our sauce for breadsticks served to us in a plastic bag, no container. The toppings were on one side of the pizza and the pizza was impossible to pick up because the toppings were in just one place. I reached out to a manager and never got a response. Last night, I got 2 pizzas and a breadstick. The pizza was fine but they forgot my breadstick. They delivered it again but it was ice cold! Disappointed.

I accidentally placed an order online to the last store that I used. I called right away as soon as I placed the order. They told me they would reverse the charge. A week later I never saw the credit. I called and let them know I hadn’t received a reverse charge. They told me I should see it in a couple days. Another week I still haven’t received my credit. They told me the second time I called that they couldn’t not reverse the charge but could send me pizza. I said I don’t live in the state and that I’m sorry but when I was placing the order I missed the option to change the address but called within seconds on placing the order. They told me okay and that I should be receiving a refund in a couple days. One week later and still no refund. So now I have to call my bank to dispute the transaction and call papa John’s customer service to explain how this franchisee has given me the run around. I would not recommend this store due to their unethical business and how they don’t value return customers.

Normally when I go here the crew isnt the best but today I went in and Jose was running the show all by himself, had 2 huge orders and he handled it all as a one man show. I gotta give props to him he deserves a raise and a half because he works hard and deserves the recognition. Shout out to Jose !

I had a fantastic experience at this Papa John’s location! The pizza was fresh, delicious, and served exactly how I ordered it. A special shout-out to the manager — her warm, friendly attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and even checked in to ensure I was happy with my order. Excellent service like this makes all the difference. Highly recommend this place for both great food and outstanding customer service.

If I went to jail for vehicular manslaughter, I would pick this specific papa John’s to be my last meal, from the moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful graphics of the ingredients of the pizza, the employees treat you like royalty, best service I have ever received, and the food, mmm don’t even get me started, best pizza I have ever tasted made by Remy from ratatouille himself, I will come here everyday for the rest of my life. Thank you Mr. John’s, for creating so many flavors in my mouth.

This is second order in a week – – pizza EXCELLENT – – but – I FEAR Papa John’s MAY be cheating their help. When I made my online order I added a 15%tip, as suggested. A delivery fee was listed. The pizza arrived quickly. LATER, when I looked over my RECEIPT it said that I was expected to TIP THE DRIVER and had the ‘delivery fee’ of the amount of the TIP I had given, NOT the delivery fee I was told. Great pizza – BUT – – WILL NOT ORDER DELIVERY AGAIN
