My first time at Oh Yeah Banh Mi and wow… I’m already planning like ten more visits. The place has 5-star hype all over the internet, and honestly, the cozy, spotless shop alone convinced me to walk in. I grabbed a Grilled Pork and a Lemongrass Beef banh mi to go, and let me tell you—the bread is next-level crispy. Probably the best I’ve had in Seattle. They even wrap it up nicely, plus the to-go bag is cute, which I totally appreciate.
One bite and you can taste the quality. The meat is juicy, perfectly seasoned, not dry or heavy at all. The owner was super friendly and even offered a sample of their best-seller coffee. The salted foam? Creamy perfection. It seriously levels up their Vietnamese coffee made with a mix of arabica and robusta beans.
I’m definitely coming back to try more drinks (I already had a coffee in my car, so I had to behave). So glad I stopped by—this place just became one of my must-stop spots whenever I’m in town!
