This was my first time at Panda Express, and I was impressed by the ambiance. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant had a clean and comfortable setting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The service was efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long for my food, even though it was somewhat busy.
I decided to try a few items from the menu, starting with the veggie spring rolls. They were crispy and light, a great appetizer to begin with. I also ordered the apple cinnamon roll, which had a nice balance of sweetness and spice, perfect for satisfying a dessert craving. For my main dish, I had the spicy chicken, which had a good level of heat and flavorful seasoning. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, and I was happy with the taste and quality of the food.
The entire meal cost around $10, which seemed like good value considering the portions and the variety I was able to try. Overall, I had a great first experience at Panda Express and would definitely consider coming back.

The food was great, like most of the time. They didn’t have super greens, which was a little disappointing. The main reason I stopped at that service plaza on my way to Queens, was because they had this restaurant. It was a service plaza, so the atmosphere wasn’t the best, but I could tell that they worked hard to maintain it (Applegreen).

The food was not bad, typical Panda quality. I was happy is was hot bc I purchased around 9pm. The service was completely incongruous to say the least. Was on her phone as I stood in her face for at least a minute. No gloves, responded with head gestures, and then proceeded to attempt me to bag up my food after I had to ask for a bag. At this point she became annoyed and began to speak very rudely!! This is unacceptable, they need better training

Definitely a convenient location for truck drivers, and people that are traveling. The food was amazing. I cannot lie about that. Despite the comments that I did see in the reviews it was fresh portions could be a little better to be completely honest, but I did not like that the cashier did not speak English and could respond to have a conversation. I also didn’t like that when I spoke with the general manager of the store I did advise him that they are paying for the flag for Panda Express and that they should honor a survey coupon no matter what location I’m at. It is in panda’s policy. I did advise that I would be notifying upper management as far as the district manager and Corprate as far as the restrictions that this panda has on customers not being able to use a coupon system for a point system, and also honoring the survey coupon that comes with purchasing a mealdefinitely needs to be addressed at this location. I can see that this needs to have improvement as much effort as possible.

3rd time here up the turnpike. Always get the same fried rice orange chicken in a bowl. Pricey but today the rice taste burt? No visibly just in taste? Might be a good idea to look into the prepping utensils. Someone didn’t clean something properly. This is my only negative experience so far.

Please don’t come to this Panda Express food sucks not fully cooked plus it is very expensive. I had regular drink and Scoop of rice and noodles, little bit of broccoli costing me $20. I wouldn’t even mind if the food was fully cooked.

The place looks beautiful. But the food was so BLAND. They don’t use lo mein noodles, they use this chewy oily spaghetti tasting noodles. Fried rice DRY and flavorless. I used 2 packets of soy sauce and it barely made it edible. Teriyaki chicken dry, tough and almost burnt, no sauce. Broccoli beef had no sauce.. just threw in a couple tiny pieces of beef into steamed broccoli. My husband faired a little better with his orange chicken and pepper chicken. I never want panda express again.

Rice was not fully cooked food was cold.i eat rice everyday i know!Uncooked rice make gassy in you stomach, not good! I am suffer from gassy stomach rn. Very over price, gave me too much rice $2 and 2 sides as you see in the picture. $4 total cost but charged $16. Watch what you eat people.

Orange chicken is usually a safe bet at Panda Express, but oof. This stuff was way too sweet and the chicken was chewy.
Prices are high too!! I could go to an actual Chinese restaurant and get more food, that’s higher quality. Ugh.
