My New Favorite Place, wow didn’t think Oxnard would have food like this all in one place. We enjoyed our meals and our bobba. Blossom Tea House has an interestingly unique menu that’s worth going back for. The staff here is nice and friendly and our food was prepared quick. Happy to have this place close to home.

We had ordered the blossom milk tea and the thai tea and they were both very good choices not too sweet and the boba was nice and chewy but not overly chewy. We also ordered the popcorn chicken that was made to order and so crispy and cruchy.

The food was okay. But the drinks were disappointing. Boba was stale. The milk tea and Thai ice tea both tasted weird. I don’t know quite exactly what made them taste weird, but they are not that good. I thought the best was the green smoothie, which was a bit too expensive for what you get… Orange chicken was probably the best here. Popcorn chicken was okay, but it was a bit dry. Garlic noodle was not garlicky enough because it needed more garlic. Curry was pretty decent, although it was bit too wet for my taste. I am a bit suspicious about the other high ratings here… Be careful not to trust all the high ratings.

The Staff at Blossom Tea House were fantastic! Very friendly, welcoming and makes you want to return soon. The food was great and in my opinion the best Filipino food in the area. I would recommend everyone to give it a try! Sorry I would have added pictures but all the food disappeared too quickly

Overall, very ‘average’ for the one time I went in. The service was decent, but you can tell that there isn’t that much business (might be due to location, might be due to Covid)
The food… is about average. The rice? For the meal I had, it was AMAZING – very flavorful and cooked in broth (or similar). Everything else was average at best. The meat was over-salted and a bit sour, and you could barely get any flavor from it outside of those two. That said, it was probably meant to be mixed into the rice to be eaten — which I did, and it turned out to taste pretty good that way. Everything else in the meal was average, with a very plain over-easy egg and a small salad
The Boba was a disappointment though. Overcooked and left standing in liquid for far too long that the boba was practically falling apart due to how soft it became. The drink I ordered was not impressive at all. The presentation was there (I think it was the “butterfly” or something with the lavender to yellow gradient…?), but the flavor was nothing special as it was practically a very plain and unsweetened lemonade
Unless you are looking for specific culturally styled cooked meal from here, you have other options that are going to be more appealing. General “Asian Food”? Look elsewhere. Something resembling some very specific South-East Asian cooking for the feeling of home? This may be a pretty decent choice

My coworkers recommended this place and I am hooked! My first time I got a drink and their garlic rice, BOMB! I like their boba because it’s a little dense but has a good chew to it, and has flavor. It was so good that I cam back the next day [= I guess this will be my go-to.

I love this place so much that I came by twice in one weekend! They had a check-in deal for a free thai tea and I’ve tried their jasmine and one of their other flavored teas that was delicious!! Both my friend and I were impressed and we’ve both had a lot of Bay Area boba.
The interior is decorated really hipster and cute. There’s a high wooden table to sit at to have a one-on-one conversation and tables for if you’re grabbing food there! Service is quick and drinks came out fast.
What a find in Oxnard!! Will definitely be dropping by when I’m in the area.

Blossom Tea House in Oxnard is a delightful find. Great for carry out, just a few tables to sit at to dine in. I loved the green curry. Generous portion, awesome selection of Thai tea based drinks. Staff was attentive and helpful. I wish I lived closer.
