Only good things!
We came in during Rigbys Trick or Treat street, and the large front windows were perfect for people watching.
The dining area was spotless, well lit and not overly loud. Plenty of tables and seating.
The young lady at the register was quick to make recommendations, and was knowledgeable about the menu.
Our food was served very fast. Fast like, in less than 5 minutes.
I had the double jalapeno burger with tots and my wife had the rodeo burger with fries. Both were juicy with fresh buns and plenty of flavor.
The tots and fries were…. fine. I wish there was a larger portion, but I probably didn’t actually need a larger portion.
For dessert we shared a lemon bar from a local bakery. Also delicious.
As were were eating our meals, we were invited to try the chicken & waffle. It was amazing, with great flavor. It was a just a bit spicy for our tastes, and we only ate about half, but thats a reflection of us and not the food.
Overall, a very good experience with very good food. We will definitely do them again!

This was such a good experience! Went for the first time today and got their Loaded Burger Fries. They were amazing and the food was ready so quickly! It was also a really relaxed atmosphere! 5/5 stars!!

We decided since we were in Rigby to try Rigbys Patty Shack. Right away walking in, the atmosphere is clean, spacious and updated. The service was fast and the workers are polite and helpful.
Now let’s get to the food, I had the chili cheese fries and the Jalapeno smash burger. Let’s just say my group was enjoying our food so much, there was not a lot of talking going on at my table lol.
10/10 recommend gleating here.

We were greeted by a young worker who was very friendly & helped by recommending a few of her favorites.
I ordered a BLT and added cheese & pickles~DELISH ! Highly recommend.
The fried pickles are amazing and breaded just right ! Bursting with flavor.
They use very fresh ingredients and locally raised beef !
My friend ordered the blue cheese burger, which she said was perfection as well .
Locally made Dessert is a must try. So fresh. I had the lemon sheet cake. The

Had the jalapeno burger, the blue cheese burger, the pastrami burger and the Rigby cheese burger. Burgers were good. The burger meat had great flavor. Definitely not mad with cheap hamburger.
All of us had fries except one who had tots. Tots and fries should have been a little more done. They are still learning this being their first actual day open. I will definitely give them another chance. Glad to have an actual sit down restaurant in Rigby!

Its good food. Self serve sandwichs, really. There isn’t a bad item on the menu but breakfast starts at 11? That should change as the family restaurant changes. I look forward to watching the business grow and get into the groove. When the extra touches are added to the meals, and move away from ‘basic’ it will be great!

Had a great experience, I ordered the cheeseburger and my wife got chicken strips. The chicken strips were over cooked but the staff told us that and made us another batch and just were so friendly and courteous. We were there at lunch and it was hopping. I will go back. I loved the waffle fries.

I’ve been waiting for a good burger joint to open up in town and it’s finally here! I had the pastrami burger which was really good. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they did all the little details right from the burger buns to the ranch dressing to the honey drizzle on the sweet potato fries. Loved the food, the atmosphere and the service! We’ll frequent this new joint often. Thanks Patty Shack!

Just not impressed. The food didn’t seem to have very much flavor. I didn’t think they used much if any seasoning. It looked like they had wiped the bun with oil or some kind of grease. The fries and tater tots didn’t taste like they had any salt or spice at all. Overall I would say bland. Also we each had water, they gave us the smallest drink cups I have ever seen.
It was just under $30.00 for two burgers and fries.
