I love this place for a good hoagie! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is always a tasty treat when we’re out and about. They also have a nice selection of non-chips to side with your hoagie…yum!

I don’t live in PA any longer, but since I’ve been back and from the moment I started going to Primo’s it has become the ONLY place I get my hoagies from. It’s small and it’s tucked into the shopping center, but it is hands down one of my favorite little shops in the area. Italian bread is Italian bread, but I sweat it tastes better here. These are hands down the best subs/hoagies you will get in the area. They are also instagram worthy. The attention to detail here is very high. The people who work here take pride in what they do and you can tell wirh the level of respect, sincerity and genuine commentary for the customer.
There was a small mistake on my order, and the associate I met, Shaun was immediately on it making me a new hoagie. This was shortly after a rude customer had just left. For this man to be as respectful as he was just having dealt with such an unruly customer, to not only help me but to genuinely take care of my order with the same level of patience as any other customer, that means alot in my book. Each and every person I have met here is extremely respectful and good people. If you’re in the area, and you want a REAL Italian hoagie, this place is a must. Especially if you like spicy like me, the get the Diablo. Delicious food, warm people, that take pride and respect seriously

I am a frequent customer but had a bad experience this time. We bought 2 hoagies and potato salad. When we got home to eat I tasted the potato salad and immediately gagged as it was spoiled. The date we purchased was 12/11 the package had a pack date of 12/5 , which means the salad was only good until tomorrow 12/12 yet it had a use by date of 12/17. I called spoke to Ashley who insisted it was good until the use by date. As per the food code salads like potato salad can only be kept for 7 days. I called not to argue but to make them aware and check the product in the cooler before someone gets sick. Sounds like the staff needs training in Food Safety as they don’t know the proper food safety rules and regulations.

Wait for food was very long. There were many people behind the counter but wait was crazy long. The store only had 3 tables of customers. The order was wrong. I paid extra for long bits didn’t get them. Tried to get an employee attention to tell them and it was impossible to gain anyone’s attention. I won’t be back. Sandwich same price as Jersey Mikes but 1/3 the size for the money.
