With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Zoe was absolutely amazing! I went through the drive-through, and even just in that short moment, her kindness and positive energy really stood out. You could truly tell the joy of the Lord is on her. She was so warm, patient, and genuine—it honestly made my whole day better.

Our order was rung up wrong and we were gifted our next order on the house, the lead barista is always so good about finding the perfect way to make my drink for me and put my specialty drink up on a board so anyone working can know how to make my perfect coffee. Great place to grab a pick me up!

I have been coming here for months now and never had an issue with the way my coffee tastes! Honestly sooooo much better than Dutch! I can actually taste the coffee! All the ladies here are super! Today I was an amazing experience like all the others, but let me tell you these women go above and beyond to make sure you get your coffee fix! Zoe and the owner made it happen! I appreciate you ladies and will forever come back!

Ordered 3 drinks through door dash. 2/3 of the drinks were great and delicious, but the chai latte was made with coffee so the person who it was for couldn’t drink it (they hate coffee/espresso). I’m not sure if thats how they make them here or if it was just a mistake this partially time but paying $10+(dd price not a dig on the store) for a drink it’s a bit disappointing.

Haven’t ever tried any of their food with the exception of some of the pastries which were all great. One of my favorite coffee places in Twin Falls to go for energy drinks or just a cup of black coffee. Thank you for the tray:-) hope you all have a good day:-)

I love my locally owned Human Bean! I surprised with my wife with a coffee at work delivered! All the other competitors DID NOT ALLOW DRINK customization for dietary restrictions. I’m thankful and will continue to be a loyal patron and encourage all I know to stop on by or order delivery!!!!

Worst experience for coffee in Twin Falls. I live near by and time after time my drinks are messed up let it be wrong size or made completely wrong there is always something wrong. I DO NOT recommend to anybody.
