This place is a hidden gem just off the mall downtown Kalamazoo. 13 of us stopped in for some delicious toasted sandwiches made by Abeer. An Italian Stalion, a Reuben, a 2 of the cheesiest Grilled Cheeses, a tamale, some lasagna and a couple of wonderful salads. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was literally the BEST. The standout was JACOB who checked us out. What a great guy. He made our day. Thanks Citi Centre Market. We will most definitely be back!! Highly recommend this cool little spot…We’d give it 10 stars if we could.

This is a quiet, quaint spot right in the inner organs of Downtown Kalamazoo. I make going here and grabbing a snack or a sandwich a habit after walking through downtown. It always has good vibes and the staff Gavin made it a personable experience while he made a FIRE Chipotle sandwich. Definitely recommend sliding through here for lunch or for certain groceries you need. 9/10

My sandwich (ham, pepper jack, lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo) and grape leaves were fantastic! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Haven’t been in since it was Irving’s but it was a quality substitute.

I got a drink that was apparently mispriced as they charged me a higher amount. When I asked about it, said just most been in the wrong spot and rang it up anyways. No effort seen to reorganize. Most things seemed over priced. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Loved their hot lunch options, loved the roast pork, mashed, and ease of trying so much.

Wow. What kind and caring service by the owner, Habib. This market is clean, welcoming, and has a great variety of many treats and necessities. My partner came across his favorite chocolates, Baci, which was a pleasant surprise, we had a scrumptious baklava, and we also discovered a delicious mushroom beverage. Overall, recommended.

This is a gem of a place. I wasn’t sure, having never been before what to expect. The selection of baklava, wine, fresh sushi. Paired with the kindest service. Would recommend

I work downtown and City Centre is always a great place to grab a quick lunch. Their lunch buffet usually has some pretty decent options and, occasionally, it’s barbecue or breakfast which are, you know, particularly good. They also have a nice selection of wines, spices, and other groceries. Their breakfast sandwiches are also a really good deal at about $5 each.

I have been coming to City Center for a few years now and simply have to call it quits. Not sure if they don’t have a good food supplier or what, but they have lost all ability to make an edible sandwich. Each one is messier than the last, and that’s if the bread can be chewed without the jaws of life. Hopefully they turn it around but until then I will take my business elsewhere.
