We had a delicious lunch. My wife had the baked haddock dinner with squash and baked potato. I had a corn beef sandwich that was fantastic. We started off with an appetizer of jalapeño poppers with tomato marinara sauce would definitely come back here again. The weight staff was so friendly and they serve popcorn as soon as you sit at your table great local restaurant.

Lots of great pub food options, can’t go wrong with whatever you order. All types of fries were prepared well (shoe string, curly, and sweet potato).
Highly recommend any type of sandwich. Their special Reuben with bacon and jalapeños is so good as well as their Reuben egg rolls!!

Ordered drinks, waitress had a difficult time remembering our drink order. Got the drinks, ordered food and added an appetizer. Waited an hour and a half for the food. Two tables of people came in after us, were eating. Food came and it was cold!!! Turkey dinner ordered with gravy, gravy came 6 minutes later. Turkey dinner was comp’d, nothing more. Talked with manager, she could have cared less! No apology, no empathy. We gave a credit card and left. Not a place to relax after a very stressful day.

One of my favorite places to visit in town is a cozy little restaurant that never disappoints. On my last visit, I treated myself to their special mac and cheese, which was a delightful blend of creamy cheeses and topped with crispy breadcrumbs that added just the right amount of texture. Alongside it, I ordered the bourbon steak wrap, and it was nothing short of amazing. The steak was well seasoned and tender, wrapped with onions and green bell pepper The only feedback I have is less bourbon sauce next time. Other than that, the staff is always friendly, greeting you with genuine smiles as soon as you walk in. Throughout my meal, they were attentive without being intrusive, making sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable dining experience. It’s this combination of delicious food and warm service that keeps me coming back time and again.

I would not recommend the bacon and scallops. The are definitely out of a box. We got 7 small pieces for $13. Not work the $$. But, the sandwiches were very good and big.

We stopped into McCarthy’s for lunch on a Saturday and the place was PACKED! It was loud & a bit chaotic inside, but it turns out they were hosting a “Celebration of Life” event so that explained it! It’s a gorgeous little spot with a strong traditional Irish Pub feel. The decor inside is fun & sarcastic which I love! Now onto the food & service. We ordered the Scallops & Bacon that came with a horseradish mayo dipping sauce. The Scallops were small but tender and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The sauce knocked it out of the park! Next up were my Buffalo Wings that were on point and her Philly Steak-N-Cheese wrap that tasted good but was very greasy which covered the bottom of the plate. Definitely a “Hangover Helper” sandwich. Service was excellent! The tables had entire rolls of paper towels which I thought was great! Made me feel right at home. We will be coming back for sure!
