I ordered a few times thru ubereats before but today will be my last time ordering from here again. When I ordered thru ubereats, they forgot to add my chips I ordered. I was charged for it but I never got it.

Pretty gross experience. The man who works there grabbed the sandwich from my hands aggressively and threw it in the garbage when i told him i asked for red onions.. Very weird, very scary, Reports were made. Do not go here lol

This used to be my go to spot for
Subway in the area. Not anymore. Last sandwich left me hungrier than I started. It was all bread. I asked for extra mayo and the new guy tried to put more on but just made the motions like he did it. Terrible sandwich. There is literally no reason to go back since the once thing I counted on you doing you couldn’t fulfill. I will have to find another subway. Such a shame cause they’re all terrible.

Only problem I have… and forgive me cause I love subway and this particular store…I live one block away from store but by the time I get home ready to eat it…. It is always cold, I’m like saying refrigerator cold…so either major corp subway needs to invest in to go stuff products that lasts more than a minute to keep food at least warm…. I’m just gonna eat in house from here on in till that get that one right!!!

I visit this Subway regularly. I have never had any issues with service or food quality. Friendly staff clean restaurant and good amount of seating. I’ve noticed over the years that it may have changed ownership a couple of times but still no issues and was a seamless transition. I would recommend this location to others as one of the better stores as I have been to a few which do not stack up as well. It is a convenient location in a strip mall with plenty of other shopping nearby.

I think this subway must have new ownership, because I’ve never had an issue like this before. I ordered my sandwiches on the app to this location, and made sure to order them toasted. I was walking in as they finished the order and saw through the glass they hadn’t toasted the sandwiches, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I’d missed them, and grabbed my sandwiches. When I went into my car the sandwiches were ice cold (I ordered them at 7:00 got there at 7:15) and the cheese wasn’t melted the bread was soft. No big deal, just went in to ask if they could make the sandwiches again since they were covered in vegetables and sauce. They wouldn’t remake the sandwiches, and insisted they had done nothing wrong. They asked for the sandwiches, I handed them the sandwiches and they opened them, saw the bread cold, soft, untoasted and the cheese solid and unmelted and still insisted it had been toasted and they didn’t have to remake a sandwich they didn’t make wrong. Then we just asked for our money back at that point, but they said they don’t do that, after having taken our sandwiches from us and torn them apart to prove they had been toasted, which they had not. I almost feel insane writing this post. Then they got their manager on the phone who told us to call the police if we wanted to, but ultimately refunded the order. Very strange interaction. I miss the old staff that used to work there, and the old owner. I will not be going back.

I have been going there for years. The young kids behind the counter do a great job. They are polite and very helpful. I go a lot on the weekends. I went their recently on a Friday night and dropped my money on the floor. One of the boys was kind enough to chase me outside to give it back to me. I appreciated it very much. Always a good experience.
