Local Cranford resident here. Placed online order for pick-up. App was easy to use, but I know even if it wasn’t it wouldn’t be a slight to this establishment. Went smoothly, order was ready quickly. Order was correct, and hot when picked up. Staff is friendly. Shout out to Juan, greeted me when I came in. Asked about my order. Thanks for the good customer service. I’ll be back.

the wait time is horrible!! They falsely mark that your pizza is ready and delivered when in reality its not even on its way!!! be realistic with your customers and don’t just mark stuff “ready” to meet a quota or whatever it is. BE REALISTIC WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS because youre wasting my time!!!

Pizza was 45 min late apparently driver just left it out side . Food was ice cold and pizza was still raw . After being on hold three dif times for 35 min the worker who answered the phone was extremely rude that I was still there and bothering him . Mind you it’s now 709 I ordered at 532 . Now I have to wait for them to show up to pick up the pizza and I have to wait 7 days for a refund .

I’ve never had to eat a pizza with a spoon. The crust looks like it went through a blender. Never ordering from the Cranford Domino’s again. I think the driver sat on the pizza too.

I know for a fact this location delivers to Roselle Park, I’ve ordered from this exact location for years. I am forced to do it since other Domino’s nearby never have a delivery driver. Called up tonight, give the address and the guy on the phone lies to me and says they don’t deliver to Roselle Park. I asked when that changed, he lied again and said they’ve never delivered to Roselle Park (2miles away by the way). I told him I know they deliver to Roselle Park because I’ve ordered from them frequently for years, and this guy says “well we’re not going”. So he lied twice then flat out said it was just because they didn’t want to. I get that it’s Black Friday, but you’re a pizza joint with a “reliable” delivery service, I don’t care if you don’t want to go, it’s your job. He tried to salvage it by telling me I could use the app to find the nearest Domino’s that will deliver, so I said “or you can just deliver where you always deliver to or I can report this” at which point he yelled “CAN YOU PLEASE JUST USE THE DOMINO’S APP TO-“. I don’t know what else was said because I cut him off there to say no thanks and hung up. Worst possible customer service from a company that does nothing but answer a phone, take orders, and deliver. Thanks for nothing.

Service – 1 star, would give 0 if I could. Whoever was responsible for taking orders over the phone needs to be spoken to and should probably be given a full training on customer service

I ordered 2 pies and a cheesy bread that never got delivered. The app said it was delivered but it never arrived. I called the managers number and he answered with an attitude. I drove to the store and told him what happened and he said there was nothing he could do and that if the app said it was delivered the driver left it at my address. Never ordering from this location again. Do not recommend.

Best Service Ever when it comes to pizza places! I’ve been ordering from this location for over 20 years. I’ve lived in Cranford my whole life, 31 years, so since I was 10 or even earlier, NEVER had any issues, never a wrong order, nothing ever missing, and always quick and proper with delivery and pickup! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I usually love Dominos, but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The man on the phone told me that my food would be ready in 25 minutes. I was making my way home when he called me to tell me he was here. He arrived 10 minutes after I called, and when I said I was still on the way, he hung up the phone on me mid-sentence. After another 2 minutes, he called again, and I apologized (even though he showed up 15 minutes early), suggesting that he go to his other stops first since I was expecting the food in 30 minutes. He had the audacity to dismiss me, telling me that he was the person that took the order and said 25 minutes, and hung up on me mid sentence yet AGAIN. I have worked in customer service, and if I EVER talked to a customer with such disrespect and then proceeded to HANG UP THE PHONE after a miscommunication that was MY fault, I would have been fired on the spot. For the record, I was home well before the 25 minute mark. I am not sure if I will ever be ordering from this location again.
