How is it possible that instead of working i find the employees just sitting down doing nothing. My order was started being made when i get to the store. Isn’t it the point to have the order ready by the time the customer gets there. Bad service for sure. I see the manager/owner hires people that don’t work. But complain when someone calls them lazy.

My food was delicious. I had a craving and it was overly satisfied. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust, 10 pc garlic parm wings, and a calzone. Everything was a hit. It was a bit expensive but well worth it.

I had an incredible experience at Pizzaness! From the moment I walked in, Sarah — the owner — made me feel completely welcome. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers truly set the tone for the entire visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
And let’s talk about the food… absolutely outstanding! The cook, Mr. Z, is a culinary rockstar. You can taste the passion and precision in every bite. The pizza was perfectly crisp, loaded with flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had.

I placed an order with Pizzaness, paid in full, and never received my food. I spoke directly with the owner, Zee, who promised a refund and email confirmation — neither ever came. The order still shows as pending, and there’s been zero follow-up or accountability. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I’ll never order from here again.

Great pizza! We were looking for q late night spot coming back from friends house at 12.30 and it really hit the spot. It’s fresh, good dough and cheesy in a good way. We don’t like all those well known brands and prefer a local one, this was a great late night experience and pizza was ready in 15 min after we ordered.

Pizzaness is the not so great pizza when dominos or any other place may take too long.
This time on a Wednesday delivery it took an hour and a half to get here. The pizza was hot but it was actually pretty nasty from the sauce to the bread and cheese. We have 3 kids of the younger ages and they wouldn’t even eat it. Had to makeshift and go to spaghetti.
This restaurant is “usually disappointing” even if you’re really hungry. And wouldn’t order again after this one. For the positive…
At least the cook isn’t going out for a smoke break and coming back to make the pizza with cigarette hands.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered on their app on 12-22-25 at 4pm i arrived at the place and they were closed i called the next day to ask for a refund and they said they will tell their manager about it called multiple times for the next two weeks and they still didn’t refund me its been 3weeks and nothing yet not acceptable.
