Wow so many one star reviews for this old school dunkins that has been gussied up for the modern era. I think they should do dunkin classics locations where you can sit at the “bar’ and smoke cigarettes while you have your coffee and . This would be a good location for that experience. Anywho this location is across the street from the commuter rail I think. Also, this was my first time in Wakefield so that was cool.

Thought it was a mistake the first time now I realize they just don’t care I’ve ordered a hot cappuccino several times and often just got a cup of hot milk not steamed and no espresso just straight milk, so why even have that in the menu.

I was informed by the first window employee that I had received a specific item, but upon checking, I found that it was the opposite. Instead of being able to trust the accuracy of the order or receiving an understanding response, I was met with dismissive and aggressive behavior. Rather than providing customer service, the employee treated me as though I were an inconvenience. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards of service that should be expected.

They cut the of the avocado toast in half but still continue to charge full price When I open the box there was room for another toast I said why didn’t you cut the box in half she replied that’s the bread they sent me. Another ripping off of the consumer.

Walk in at 4:30pm. Coffee weak, tables dirty, Cleaning by staff at 5pm, sweeping floors with flicking motions at customers while customers try to enjoy coffee and food. Imagine the amount of dust created…literally started sneezing…disgusting and unsanitary. Customers literally walking out due to feeling as though they are in the way while employees sweep and mop…very passive aggressive vibe from certain employees. Rushed at counter to place order as if the customer is a burden. Employee motioning to customer to sit in another chair so they can clean…RUDE…definitely, NOT, U.S. customer service mentality. Dunkin Donuts name is tarnished by this type of management. Dunkin Donuts Corporate will here about this…why would they want their name associated with this type of bad business ethics.

This is not the first time this happens to one of us… the first two times happened to my wife and even when my wife felt disrespected and badly attended by this woman, she still ordered some items ( which i think is not ok, no one should accept to be mistreated anywhere, anytime!) and now I went there with my two kids and wife. A soon es we entered the place, this young lady at the cashier starts frantically taping the counter like we had been there for hours choosing what to get! We had only been there for 5 seconds!!!… she was very rude and upset, I greeted her with a “ how are you” she goes “ I’m kinda of ok” followed by a bunch of muffled words from which I could only understand “I could be doing something else instead of taking your order” so I told her “you don’t have to take my order if don’t want, I can go somewhere else…” she goes “ok” while shrugging her shoulders and then leaves the cashier… this was today Sunday May 26th/2024 at around 5:30, meaning we weren’t there right before closing or anything else. I left the place without buying anything and as I said it’s not the first time. She is impolite and rude, I believe the manager of this Dunkin’ can do a far better job and will get far better sales if they choose their employees more carefully! After all this is a business that is supposed to provide good service. Maybe a visit to the any other Dunkin would provide a good example of what I’m talking about…

The woman at the checkout is very rude, and always rushes me to take my order quickly, she is super rude, you can tell that she hates serving customers and hates her job, I will never return because I don’t want to be treated badly just to buy a coffee.

It was like any other Dunkin experience except here my coffee comes out right oh and the other one in Wakefield up the street on main is great too. However, I can’t wrap my head around why it cost $1.25 for four munchkins but for an extra $0.75 you can get six more!? The thing was I was just there for a coffee in one munchkin which if your like me and dieting you just kind of want the taste of it you don’t want the whole donut or four munchkins so WHY can’t I buy just one munchkin and if I’m forced to buy four why not just buy six. Dunkin for health reasons it’s time you started selling ONE munchkin I mean let’s face it before you were even selling munchkins you were throwing the middle of the donut away lol.

Don’t bother making a mobil order in the morning. The place is very disorganized and slow. Took over 20 minutes to get my regular hot coffee w/ milk. Meanwhile people who ordered at the counter were getting served almost immediately. Very dissatisfied.

This is the third weekend in a row I’ve had a horrible experience with this Dunkin Donuts. The coffee never taste right and is usually not what I asked. My food order is always wrong or missing something. Usually missing hashbrowns, last week they forgot the bagel I ordered and today they forgot to put sausage on my sandwich. This place is a waste of money. I order ahead of time, and give adequate time for them to actually read the order and put it together (which it’s never ready by the time I get there). It should not be this difficult to get a single order right. I will not be going back to this location and would rather drive much farther out of my way to a Dunkin Donuts that can actually put an order together.
