Ordered a large pizza. Order it with the whole thing with pepperoni and one half of it with mushrooms. Got home whole thing was covered in mushrooms and hardly any sauce. All I could taste was cheese.. First time ordering from here since it was taken over by new owners. Very disappointed..

This place is a joke, which shouldn’t surprise me as it is owned by paradisos. Consistency is non-existent. The Greek salad has had different ingredients every time. Last order, they copped attitude saying I didn’t place the order, but had quite a sudden change in attitude when I showed them the receipt and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for them to make my order. This time, I paid the same price as always, but now they suffe you don’t make salads anymore even though their website says they do. So I paid for a pizza, salad, and coke. No salad, no discount.. just SOL for you. skip the impending disaster and just go to pizza boys. They are slow, but constant and better anyway.

Ordered a large 1/2 & 1/2 pizza. Got all toppings combined.
Ordered a slice of pizza of the day. Did not receive the slice. Apparently they stop serving it at 4:30…? The lady at the counter obviously wanted me to walk out without noticing. When I asked, she told me that they didn’t serve it after 4:30. I told her I was billed for it. She did not allow me to get a refund for it and said she would “Give me credit” by which she just wrote my name on the receipt and “put it behind the counter for me to get at another time.”
Obviously very shady and unprofessional. Do not recommend unless you feel like being confrontational or just plain disappointed.

I went to big daddy’s pizza yesterday with my dad the girl working up front was amazing the prices are very reasonable and over all it was delicious we ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and the submarine sandwich the pizza and the sandwich were amazing the girl asked if we needed anything like napkins etc it was a little cold in the room but it was so pretty in there and I like how there are table cloths on the tables I like how there were three options for drinks you could get a fountain drink a 2 liter or a can it was really clean inside and the food is amazing definitely recommend will come again l

We have eaten Big Daddy Pizza in the past and thought it pretty good pizza. I just made an online order in requested one of my pizzas to be half marinara and the other half ranch as I have a daughter who does not like red sauce. After a few minutes, I got a phone call from big daddy and they said unfortunately they are unable to do half sauces on pizza. When I asked you have marinara and you have ranch in the young man said yes. I then said I was under the impression that you guys make all your pizzas, right? The young man said yes. I then said, so yours telling me that you’re unable to make half of the sauce marinara and half ranch on the pizza and he said yes and he said that was due to his chef/ boss. He was a polite young man and said sorry so he is not to blame at all.. I still requested a refund sad to say after this… There is no special ordering of changing the sauce on your pizza even though the online ordering gave you a place for special instructions. I do not think I will be ordering from them again, and I am going to have to now drive Papa Murphy’s where I know I can have either or or any sauce on our pizza… just wish that I could’ve ordered it and had our delivery coming on its way as we have been super busy and I was hoping for pizza delivery tonight.

My family and i probably won’t be coming back. It took over an hour to get our food. The pizza was very small for the price we paid, and we were over charged, (as they would not honor their special). The toppings were few and far between. The pizza tasted okish, I have had much better elsewhere. And 2 large pizzas didnt even feed four people. The staff didnt make you feel welcomed. They asked what we were waiting for and then never came back to let us know how much longer on our food.

First time and last. Ordered 3 medium pizza’s online. Husband brought back 2 as they missed the 3rd, so I had to go back to get the 3rd. I didn’t even get a coupon or anything for the trouble. Sauce not the greatest. Think I will order from Pizza Boys next time. They have amazing pizza.

My last pizza I bought from here was soo good! Honestly one of the top 3 I have ever had. Its cheesiness would not stop oozing chewy stringy godliness. The host was amazing and helpful! I hope they will continue godly pizza:)
