My wife requests donuts every now and then so I drive over 30 minutes to pick these up. She didn’t like the ones from a nearby shop and specifically wants them from this location. Friendly, fast, and plenty of cake donuts for her.

I’m not sure how this place really have this high start of a rating. I’ve patronized this place several times since it opened and each time I have not had hot and fresh donuts. I have to drive to Sienna to get hot fresh donuts. I was told a couple times they only make them fresh in the morning, now today I visited at 7:45 am and my donuts were not hot and fresh they had sugar crumbling everywhere. The young lady at the window didn’t even have common courtesy to speak or Thank me for my patronage. It’s so disheartening how this is becoming the “norm” that so many accept. It’s so sad. I will continue to drive to Sienna I will not give them my money.

My wife loves Shipleys and say she has eaten there since she was a little girl. So 40+ years. She has earned the right to critique. She says the Bavarian is not good at all. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Hopefully this is an easy fix for them. No issue otherwise. It’s too yellow and not creamy in the right way.
