Hands down the best restaurant I have been to since arriving in Florida. I suggest ordering several different things to try (you won’t be disappointed). We ordered the chimi churri steak, chicken oysters, Ceasar salad, shrimp cocktail, and the chicken lollipops (they are called something else, but same concept) each item was out of this world delicious. The wait staff was excellent. Chef Marcie came to our table and introduced herself and she was so wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

Three of us dined in here for dinner. The place was so full and had great vibe. Happy to see a new restaurant on the drive with nice decor and feel. Thankfully one of the few only restaurants that has comfortable seating cushion chairs.

Their food menu was creative we tried a bunch of small plates listed in my pictures. Out favorite was chicken oyster and bread pudding

I also tried summer proof Taquila based cocktail which I loved.

Staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming

What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! This will be the perfect catch-up spot with friends, date night, or to show off what our little city is made of! Forget taking visitors to those busy tourist areas to show off overpriced restaurants, we got great atmosphere and food right here in Wilton, without the pretense or price tag that comes with other areas!

We sat at the bar last night and the bartenders were all great, especially the girl that used to work in the previous restaurant at this location. The place is designed well, and the seating choices includ bar, normal table top, and more like “lounge seating” with a low table and couches.

The food was a perfect 10 out of 10. We got the chimichurri steak, the chicken oysters and the sliders. Everything came out quick, hot, perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Chef you did fantastic, and I loved the mustard sauce that was served for dipping with the chicken.

I had the Pour Decisions cocktail, which was light, fruity and refreshing and my husband got a draft beer from Funky Buddha.

3 plates shared between my husband and I was the perfect amount of food for a late dinner before we met friends out for drinks elsewhere.

And I can’t remember exact price but I know it was under $100 including tip, which feels like a fantastic value for what you get.

This is a place that will be perfect for catching up with friends, date night, or to show visitors what our little town is made of. I am so excited for this addition and I can’t wait to try everything else. Please keep this quality of service and food up and you will be here for years to come in my opinion!

Last night, my foodie friends and I went out on our perpetual quest for proof that there is always a new restaurant born with a special gift—like a young virtuoso—and we found that proof at Proof on Wilton Drive, in the heart of Wilton Manors.

Wedged in the middle of a lively stretch lined with a diverse collection of excellent restaurants, Proof features a wide-open front wall that connects seamlessly with the outdoors, offering full European-style sidewalk dining under the stars. Although it was ice-age cold last night, some brave souls were undeterred by the frigid weather and chose to dine outside, huddled near live gas fire torches that must have kept their tables comfortable, while the indoor dining area remained warm and cozy. A full bar occupies nearly one-third of the interior, adding to the inviting atmosphere.

If you’re looking for the “proof in the pudding,” you won’t find it there—but the Proof is in every single dish they serve.

Visited on a Friday night. Sat at the bar. Drinks were good. The food was delicious but the portion sizes were way too small. Even the food that was not labeled “small plates” were also very tiny. Service was fast. Atmosphere was good.

Went last night to check out what all the buzz was about and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great. The mixture of great decor and music really set the tone. Full bar with signature cocktails and amazing food options. I will be back.

I’m usually the kind of person who believes that if you don’t have something good to say, it’s better to stay quiet. That said, I also believe constructive feedback matters—especially when a new restaurant opens with so much buzz.

Last night I finally visited Proof, the new addition to Wilton Manors. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations created by the many glowing reviews I had read—most of which appear to come from the grand opening period.

We chose to sit at the bar and ordered a few dishes, keeping it simple. From the beginning, the service felt impersonal. Our food did not arrive at the same time—my companion received their dish first, and mine arrived when they were nearly finished eating.

I ordered the mussels, which were attractively presented and served with grilled flatbread. While the broth had good flavor, the dish was overwhelmingly spicy. I mentioned this to the server, but there was little response or attempt to correct the issue. In hindsight, I regret finishing them, as it left me feeling unwell later that night.

We also tried the pot pie, which was visually appealing and nicely browned, but the overall execution was underwhelming. For dessert, we ordered the banana pudding—it was fine, but not particularly memorable.

After receiving the check, we waited an additional 15–30 minutes just to get the server’s attention to retrieve my credit card, which added to the frustration.

On a positive note, the wine was enjoyable.

Overall, I was not impressed. The food felt mediocre, and the service matched that impression. I genuinely hope this was simply an off night, because Wilton Manors benefits from strong new dining options, and I always like to see new restaurants succeed.

We love this place! The portions are perfect for the price. But it’s the flavor that knocks it out of the park! We have tried every item on the menu and have been pleasantly surprised over and over again. The service matches the food…above average. Thank you for bringing a solid restaurant to Wilton Manors. ✌️❤️

Made it to the newly opened Proof in Wilton Manors last night. The space previously occupied by “Chef Nate’s”, “Mind Your Manors”, etc has been completely transformed. The interior has a modern deco glam warmth with soft coral and deep turquoise colors throughout.

Service is friendly and many familiar faces add to the warmth of the interior. We were just grabbing a quick bite before a show so decided to share 4 small plates. Each one had a unique flavor or twist on a classic. Next time I’ll be sure to try a choice from the “My Size Plates” and “Feelin Fancy” offerings.

WELCOME BACK to Chef Marcy Miller and the team. This is a welcome addition to the dining/lounge scene on “The Drive”. Check it out!
