We will be serving pickles on a stick pickle chips in a cup amazing pickle drinks including pickle lemonade and our famous creation the pickle press shredded cheese shredded potatoes and pickles in a waffle maker crispy crunchy ridiculously delicious. Our entire stand is gluten free! Come Dill out with us

As a self-proclaimed food fair connoisseur, I pass through a fair, festival, or roadside stand, and make it a point to hunt for the most unusual local dish I can find. Not the obvious staples—I’m looking for the quirky items that someone clearly dreamed up and said, “Let’s see if people are brave enough to try this.”
Some finds have been… questionable. Others have been surprisingly great.
But this pickle dish? Absolutely fantastic.
The flavor balance was spot on—bright, dilly, and just the right amount of crunch. It’s the kind of thing that makes you stop after the first bite and think, “Why don’t more places do this?” Definitely one of the more unique fair foods I’ve come across, and easily one of the most enjoyable.
If you’re someone who appreciates pickles and isn’t afraid of trying something a little different, this one is worth seeking out.
The owner was incredibly friendly and still managed to take the time to chat with me while cooking for a line that wrapped around the corner at the fair. It’s always great to see someone who’s clearly passionate about what they’re making, and great to hear how his inventive mind works and how he created this. I’m also grateful he shared his email so I can keep track of where to find them now that they’ve opened a physical location.
