Was excited to try this place. I ordered 2 large (advertised at 16 inch) and a order of garlic knots. I thought the box looked small but good things come in small boxes….got home and was taken back how small a 16 inch pizza was. Got out the measuring tape…14 inches. It was barely bigger than a frozen pizza. Gonna have to cook one to feed the family since this isn’t going to be enough.

I went there for a specific promotion and the staff did not know about the promotion, they had to find the manager to ask about it. Pizza and wings were excellent. Soda was completely over priced. Received the check it was wrong, for the correct receipt and tried to pay via the app they recommended, the price increased by $15 with NO explanation. Handed them my card when the receipt came back the prices all increased so I am assuming because I used a credit card, but again, no explanation. Very good pizza but I won’t be going back just for that.

Ill preface this review with saying that I got a 10″ supreme from the Hamilton street location a few days ago and it was magnificent. Loaded toppings, and sweet, fresh dough. Today I got the 16inch supreme, no olives from the 4th street location. It was like it was from an entirely different establishment. It was a bit over cooked and had half of the toppings of the 10 inch from earlier this week. So disappointed. Big Woodys, can we get some consistency among the locations? If I had looked at the pie before the premises, I would have asked a new pizza be made.

This is my local bar and I love it here. The staff is amazing especially Mia the manager, Alyssa and Destiny the two bartenders, they are always on point. The wings are amazing and they got a ton of flavors! Big ups to big Woodies!!

Big Woodys should issue shirts to its staff so I can figure out who is working.
I don’t come here unless it is the only option for late night food. The Stromboli and Calzon are great. The service is amazing sometimes and other times I am not even sure who is working.
In general, I don’t feel safe at this place. I am always waiting for something to go down in the lot or next door. I don’t have a drug dealer or a pimp, but if I did, I would bet they would come here to eat late at night.
Anyhow, go try a Calzone or Buffalo Chicken Stromboli, they are very good. But if you are in any kind of rush, skip it. Things tend to a while. And you never know how many takeout orders are in the works ahead of your food.
*** Not a fan of saying they now need to see everyone’s ID, and then taking my license somewhere out of my sight for an extended period of time. Granted, I would be fine with them running background checks on everyone that comes in lol, ***

This place has turned into a “hood” type if place, when i go in, the place is empty, service used to be good, but it dropped off pretty much, the food is normally normally pretty good but tonight i went in and ordered the texas burger came with fries it was still good as always, but i also ordered an order of garlic knots.. bad idea, they were burnt and dry and overcooked! The quality has really been dropping off. I dont think they will be at this location much longer.
