This place was beautiful and the concept of having a sink outside of the bathrooms is genius. There’s plenty of room, the bar is beautiful and nicely decorated. We had a large party and there was another large party with 1 waitress and 1 cook. Service was extremely slow even after I placed my order and IMMEDIATELY said “As my food comes out I want a to go box and my check.” I still waited over 20-25min to get my check and get my card ran. I wound up being there for way longer than anticipated. The manager did take off my shrimp which was nice. The waitress broke down and started crying. It was sad…IT’S TIME FOR FOLK TO GET BACK TO WORK!!! There should have not been reasons why they were short staff. My food was heavily seasoned, the drink I ordered had NO alcohol and no taste. I wasn’t served water with my food. I have empathy for the circumstances of being short staff but they should train their staff to know “how” to serve large parties without burnouts. ex. Take a note of all sauces needed so that the trips to the kitchen can be less. I’m hoping this was just one bad night. I would love to come back for a better experience.

Same as any other seafood boil place . Maybe a little higher price than the others. Food was good. We got the super captain, I got the catfish. I didn’t like the service charge they gave me . I understand it when with a party but it was just me my girl and the kids and they charged me 45 bucks service fee. We were the only people there and we weren’t a party so I didn’t understand why. Luckily it went to the waitress.

Came here for our anniversary dinner to try this place out for the first time. We have been to other places like this one and loved them,so thought we would give this place a try.
The bread they bring out was probably the best thing we ate here tonight. We ordered the calamari and got it out hot and fresh but was more like eating breading than the calamari itself.
Next came out the meal. I ordered kingcrab and a whole lobster. My wife had snow crab and a lobster tale. While trying to enjoy our meal we are listening to very explicit music and I’m very glad my kids wasn’t with us. The food was Over cooked and the lobster and crab meat was very tough.
Needless to say we won’t be coming back here again. I came here to enjoy a night and was subjected to club music and way over cooked food.

Best Seafood we’ve had in such a long time. This place beats Storming Crab in every category. Tina served us and she was excellent, nice, attentive. The seafood was hot, so fresh and their flavors are amazing. We just got ours in Garlic Butter /Mild… because we were not sure of the taste of seasonings. Then asked for their Captain Crab seasoned butter on the side. It was delicious, so try it!

We went with the fried food. In the pictures you will see the fried gator, the fried catfish and the fried soft shell crab. The food was okay just salty. I wish they would have had some other sauces besides the marinara sauce, tartar sauce or ketchup to counteract the saltiness of the food.
I will go back to try the seafood buckets.

Food was fantastic. Service from Tina was great. Even the kids left the restaurant full without complaints.
Ordered Boudin balls as an appetizer and a shrimp/ crab combo boil. About 5 flavor options and several spice levels to choose from. The boils came with corn, sausage, potatoes, and egg. Everything was great!!!

Since the old manager left this place is horrible, the sauce taste watery, they didn’t even give me a full cluster it was broken up and we were the first customers there (I was livid), the manager laughed in my face after expressing my concerns. The trash cans were full of garbage, it was horrible. This new manager doesn’t care about customer service nor their concerns. I will not be back and I dont recommend it to anyone!

Literally the best crab leg joint in the city!! I started going to captain crab at the end of December, I’ve probably been back more than 10x. Great customer service, great food. I always get the #2 with captain crab signature sauce medium heat!! Might I add the prices are amazing. I love being a regular

The customer service here is amazing. The first encounter that I had with the staff here was over the phone and they were super nice. Coming into the actual store, it is beautiful [I love the sinks in the bathroom]. Our server Kortney is absolutely amazing… she is friendly, she’s smiling, and she has overall been great. The manager Tina was also super friendly. This WILL NOT be my last time here. The environment is conducive for a great dinner and I appreciate all the kindness is a world full of hate.

Love this place 2nd visit here had the Cajun mild season which is delicious hush puppies were perfect love the fact that they de vain their shrimp unlike storming crab food was hot and fresh staff was prompt nice and professional I highly recommend anyone to come here and enjoy a meal
