My husband and I have been regulars at this Dunkin’ for a while now. In fact, we even left a positive review in the past after a great experience with the night shift they were friendly, upbeat, and really made our night. That kind of service stuck with us, and it’s the reason we kept coming back.

Lately though, I’ve found it harder to ignore the ongoing inconsistency. I order the same iced coffee every time, but it rarely tastes the same. Sometimes it’s darker, sometimes it’s lighter, and just by the color alone, you can often tell something’s off. I usually let it go because I believe in being patient and understanding, especially with how busy things can get. But when the same issues keep happening, it starts to feel frustrating especially when you’re paying for something specific and hoping it’s made right.

What’s even more confusing is that when I order the exact same drink at other Dunkin’ locations, the flavor is consistent. The only downside to some of those other spots might be the wait time or service, but the drink itself is typically spot on. I’ve also noticed that this location often forgets to put the sticker on the cup, so I can’t even be sure if the drink was made correctly.

Today’s visit was kind disappointing to say the least. We ordered the $6 meal and a doughnut. I asked to substitute the bagel for a croissant and have the egg on the side something I’ve done before without any issue. We were asked to pull forward while they prepared the order, which was totally fine. But when we got our food, there was no receipt, no label on the coffee, and they gave me a bagel “not the croissant”.

My husband kindly asked if we could get the correct item, and they did replace it but then the croissant was wrong too. It didn’t have sausage patty, which I’ve gotten plenty of times before. However, the staff told us they’ve never made it with sausage, which was confusing because I know I’ve had it that way here. At that point, I just let it go.

This review isn’t about one bad experience it’s about a pattern. I’ve stayed quiet through a lot of mix ups, because I know they are doing their best. Most of the staff are kind and professional, and I respect the effort. I’m sharing this because I genuinely hope the feedback is taken constructively and we can have consistency and attention to detail we experienced before including that amazing night.

Ordered 4 drinks and 2 food items and then was told to park. They proceed to bring all my drinks with no cup holder and my car has no cup holders lmaooo I asked the girl that bought my order out for a cup holder and she just ignored me and walked away. I go ask for one and am told they dont carry cup holders What kind of place sells drinks but doesn’t “carry” cup holders. They also forgot one of my food items so I had to go back twice and it was just sitting there on their counter, was cold and nasty. Had to bust a mission and manage to somehow carry all 4 drinks while driving home. This place sucks and so do the workers. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

This brand-new Dunkin Donuts is super small it’s only has a few table outdoor. There is no cashier you have to order from the phone or use the kiosk outside. Which is perfect for me because I can take my time customize my drink and once I place the order I just have to go to the pickup area. I got a medium cold brew and it tastes really good. It tastes strong and I opted out for any sweetener. Staff are nice, I place a mobile order, pull up went to the pickup area and it was ready immediately. It was 7:35 in the morning and I got plenty of time don’t have to rush to work.

I love love this Duncan location, I always prefer this one than the one on the other side on Firestone, they take time to make the drink taste right, I customized the amount of syrup which is only one pump, and it tastes exactly like just one pump. I don’t like the syrup flavor overpower the expresso and this drink is like a dream. I recommend people always do mobile order, don’t be complaining that they have to wait for the drink because they make it right and I rather they take their time , not rush and make a sloppy drink.

I ordered an iced coffee, vanilla, and asked for a whipped cream on it and when I got it at the window, it didn’t have any, so I asked the cashier if he could add it to my drink since he forgot to add it or if he could give me a cup on the side and he told me no I’ll be going back to Starbucks

This is a very, very, very shitty location no good customer service And they trick you into thinking you’re paying the right price which you’re not they give you what they want not what you order. I went the other day and I ordered two large iced cappuccino’s which I Told him through the intercom I wanted 2 large and charges me a medium for the price of a large cappuccino!!! I have receipt some photos. I just haven’t gone to their location. to avoid problems!!! They’re so quick to judge people by color!! here at this location, someone needs to do something about this before other people do

I just had my first visit to this location, and I have to say it was one of the best coffee shop experiences I’ve ever had! The coffee I ordered was fantastic, but what really stood out were the lovely young ladies who helped me. Alicia, who assisted me at the drive-thru, was incredibly patient and made me feel completely at ease while I took my time reading the menu and customizing my drink. The young lady at the window, I think her name was Clarissa, was just as friendly and welcoming! I really appreciate the kindness they showed to customers. Again, thanks for the coffee and good vibes.
