If I can give no stars I would. I first walked by around 5:30pm and the chairs were on the tables ALREADY (1st red flag). I went in at 6:15pm and it had a weird stench (2nd red flag), one of the staff members walked by, no greeting, no nothing (3rd flag). Finally a nice (at first) young man greeted me, told time the bed options, and while he was about to cut the bread I spotted MOLD on the bread and he told me it was a bread flake and flicked it at me (final straw). I told him that it wasn’t an option for me and told him good night. That place needs a sanitation visit, just gross. Smh

I came to this location at exactly 8:02 PM. September 6th. The place closes at 9 PM. When I came inside one of their employees told me that I could only buy stuff if I was paying cash and I was not eating inside when I asked her why can’t I eat inside? They said it’s because they already cleaned the establishment and they don’t want to clean again. I then told her I was going to write a review about that because we have an hour still, she said “ok” then behind my back she made mocking faces which my wife and my son saw. The employee name is Emory. I’m writing this review because I would love for a manager or even the owner to realize that they have lazy employees working and they don’t want to do extra work. I own a business and I understand how frustrating is to have employees like Emory.

This place is ran like garbage. It’s someone new every time I go in there (i work at this mall) and the prices are different every time. They’re always of out of items, and when I asked why my combo was $18 instead of the normal $15 it is any other time dude said “Because You’re At Tanger!!” Like I haven’t worked in this mall for years. Went inside to order my sub. I saw the guy emptying the trash. He proceeded to come ask me what I wanted and pulled out the paper to get ready to make it. Not once did he take his gloves off to wash his hands and change the gloves. I just said no thank you. Told him what he did and walked out.

Let me be honest and say upfront that I’m not a big Subway fan. I was picking up lunch for my son and his friend on a Sunday afternoon. There was a line and only one lady working behind the counter by herself. Bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. But for those in a hurry, it would not have been fast enough, and a line was forming. Thankfully, I did not have a time limit and my son had me to pick this up for him. Otherwise, he would have definitely been late getting back from lunch.
I tried a couple of the new items that looked good, but I was not impressed. I ordered the chicken and cheese dipper for myself since I was not very hungry. I also tried my son’s fiery meatball sub on a ghost pepper bread that was toasted. I had it made exactly the way they recommended, but we did not like it.
The prices are hard to beat but my personal preference are still the competitors’ more expensive subs.

Terrible environment. As soon as I walked in it was crowded and no one was at the front. A young man sticked his head out and I assume just laughed among his coworkers at the crowd. Then a lady walked out and yelled at everyone to get in line or to sit down to which it already seemed people were in line. I stayed back to order but the tables were all dirty and the bar where they made the sandwich’s was also very dirty.

By far the worst place I’ve ever visited. Completely careless staff served a sandwich with frozen patties. No wonder automation and robots are replacing such jobs. Please use brains…..

5:00 pm on Sunday. Store is full of people eating and having drinks. Notice the chairs were being stacked on the tables already. Didn’t think much of it. Go to order. Ordered a cheese pizza. Was told they were out of pizzas. No biggie. Convinced my kid to get a kids turkey. Was told the only meats they had were salami and pepperoni. Said they weren’t able to prep anything else because they were getting ready to close… in two hours! I myself am the general manager of a popular sandwich shop and I would be compelled to let any of my employees go if I ever heard that they couldn’t prep anything since they were closing soon. I’m not normally someone to leave a review but I am simply shocked. But after reading some of these other reviews it really doesn’t surprise me.

Ordered online twice they screwed it up so badly. I do not know how you can mess an order up this bad the wrong bread on both subs and half the toppings requested were not there they switched the toppings requested for our subs. Ordered a holiday foot long cookie and pretzel foot long didn’t get it the first order also didn’t get the drink we ordered reordered the foot long cookie and foot long pretzel apparently they didn’t have that foot long cookie we were asked what other one we wanted instead of getting the foot long cookie we were giving half the flavor we asked for and half a flavor we don’t like of there regular cookies and again didn’t get our pretzel. Extremely unhappy with this location. If I could give negative stars I would.
