First time at this location and really to a McAlisters Deli. They also just opened a few months ago. My sandwich was good, however my friends sandwich was much different and we both ordered the same item Jalapeno Turkey Crunch. She enjoyed her meal but it wasnt turkey, looked like chicken. We ate in, and just saying it took 16 minutes for our food to arrive to our table and didn’t come together but separately. 8 minutes apart. In seeing the operations of how systems work, there is no system of how the order is placed, the same person does the drinks and then waits on the next person….why isn’t there a second person who can get the drinks and get orders through quicker when there is a line? The second person was hanging out…. my friend ate her meal, she liked it and decided not to take it back, because it would have been longer for the food to arrive. Also, it’s winter time. You offer hot coffee but no hot tea, but you have a hot water dispenser on the coffee maker…. and your whole focus is on “tea” …I don’t get it…and it’s a deli…which other normal deli’s have hot tea. The place over all was clean, and safe. Will try again later when they work out their process.

My hubby and I stopped by for a quick dinner the other night! They were busy, but we didn’t have to wait for a table! Our food was delivered to out table quickly and crew members rotated throughout the diningroom refilling our drinks. The club sandwich did not disappoint!

Opted for the pick 2 which is a half of any 2 items, good thing as the portions were good. The Rachel was fresh & delish, who doesnt love a loaded baked potato with a crispy skin? No room for the carrot cake – but its a lovely sized piece that will have to wait, till tomorrow….maybe.

We love McAlisters, so when this opened local to us we were beyond excited. Our first pick up order had a salad with brown avocado and missing extra dressing. The Cuban sandwich was not pressed/grilled. We were disappointed but decided to give it a second try. Our deliver order was TRASH…the salad once again arrived with brown avocado and had the salad stem/core inside of it. The worst part was the Memphian sandwich which we ordered without mustard and the sandwich showed up uneatable….with no mayo, no veggies….nothing but bread meat and cheese. Also, no sides came with our food on both orders. I’m soo disappointed in the food and would not recommend this location.

We have been here 5 or 6 times now. The sandwiches & soup I’ve had have been good. But there have been a couple issues. I’m a cheese person…if I sandwich doesn’t have it, I’ll ask to add it. We’ve done that twice now on take out orders & both times it was not added to the sandwich. Also, last time I ordered the limited time grilled cheese with pickles. Got it home & no pickles.

I hace enjoyed my first three visits to this new restaurant. The food is delicious and fresh, and it worked well for my family with two gluten free members. It is a slightly longer wait than fast food but worth it.
