This is our favorite pizza spot in North Carolina. The sauce is absolute perfection. The hand throne crust is always cooked perfectly. Their salads and sandwiches are also top shelf. The crew that works there is always extremely friendly and really good folks. They also have really wonderful specials. If you are ever in the White Lake area, definitely stop here. My wife and I always leave with full bellies and big smiles because of their amazing staff.

I came a few days ago, for the first time, and got the Jalapeño Peppers with ranch on the side. They were really good because the peppers were pickled and that made them a little tangy, but not overwhelmingly sour -I only wish they served at least a couple more, since only 4 jalapeños come with the order.
Today I called for a pick-up order of 1 Pepperoni pizza, 1 Rondaveu Veggie pizza, and 1 Jalapeño Peppers. Unfortunately a number of things went wrong today. I called my order in at 7.19pm and after being put on hold twice the person who took my order, not only sounded upset, but also said the order would take more than 1 hour. I understand they might be busy because it’s Saturday, so I still placed the order. Around 7.50pm my boyfriend suggested we go in person to pay up-front and make sure the order was put in because they had failed to take my name and number when I called the order in. The place was a mess -tons of cheese and toppings all over the floor and on the working surfaces-, the owner wasn’t in, the manager seemed a bit irritated/stressed, and the other 3 employees had difficulty working the computer system, and figuring out which orders to work on. We paid, provided our phone number, and the name of my bf and they said they would call us when the order was ready. At 8.50pm we still hadn’t heard anything from them, so we decided to go back in. After a little bit of looking around, they found our order on the rack and sadly everything was extremely cold, apparently it had been ready for a long time, but they didn’t call us and wrote “hung up” on the ticket. Nobody likes cold pizza, and theirs tastes terrible microwaved, but they didn’t even apologize for the lacking customer service. And the worst part is that the veggie pizza had an outrageous amount of toppings, which made the pizza very soggy and hard to consume, maybe it would’ve tasted better warm, but we’ll never know because I will not be getting pizza here again. Unfortunately almost all the food ended up in the trash for us.

Ordered on a very busy saturday night. Food was better than expected for an off season spot on the lake.
The best thing we ordered was definitely the chicken parmesan sub, the bread was toasted and delicious. There sauce is delicious, and is probably what makes the pizza good.
And don’t order the meatlovers if you just like meat, you gotta love meat for that bad boy.

Awesome.pizza. we are from upstate New York, so we don’t usually get pizza unless we are home. The meat lovers pizza was the bomb, it rivaled our favorite pizza place back home. We will be back. The staff was very friendly.

Went went here for a snack before heading out to hear some music. Everything was delicious. I loved my fried pickles and the guys gobbled their wings down. We even sang along to the music playing with other customers as we all waited.

I’ve never actually gotten the chance to eat here. I went over the summer and we tried to order 3 different pizzas for our group and they told us we could only order sandwiches or salads. Something without cheese on it because they were completely out of cheese and they couldn’t make any pizzas at 6:00 in the evening. Since we went for pizza and that’s what we wanted, we left.

Was told this place had new management so we thought wed.give it another try. 1st time food was not that great & it took an incredibly long time. This time was no different. We waited an hour, for 2 pizzas, 12 ct mozzarella sticks, some fries and 6ct boneless wings. They did not have regular wings had to get boneless, then the sauce selection was extremely small. The pizzas were the last 2 things to be cooked. Our other items were done quite a bit before the pizzas and you could tell because as soon as we got into the car and started eating both the wings & mozzarella sticks were cold & hard. Fries were really undercooked. Will not go again. There has to be better places than that, I’m assuming most good reviews are from locals who do not have much other choices.

The pizza is good, when it’s made as you order it, not masked to LOOK like what you ordered. The people are a different story. So far, I’ve been placed on hold, once in excess of 8 minutes, and hung up, driving over to the restaurant. When I complained about waiting endlessly, without so much as a courtesy, instead of any contrition, I was told they were busy,’ as the excuse. An hour before closing on a Friday night, I was told that they had a large order and wouldn’t have time to take my order. They’ve shown NO respect, and act as if they could care less, if you order from them. I guess I’ll be ordering Dominos-they’re not told me they were, ‘too busy to serve me.’

It was a great experience for me and my family. They let us celebrate my daughters 4th birthday it was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. After not feeling welcomed at another local pizza place they made our experience special 10/10.

The pizzas are great. They actually make the good foldable crust kind of pizza that ends with pizza grease running down your arm. I also got a chef salad and was pleased with the timing and taste.
