Poor customer service! I wanted to try the egg nog shake. He asked me what said and I said medium. He didn’t correct me or anything. As he handing me the shake, I asked him what size is that! He gonna said a small. I said I wanted a medium. He said it doesn’t come in medium. I proceeded to ask while why didn’t you explained that to me. He gonna said, ooh it doesn’t matter! I said let me speak to your manger. He said for what, I am the manger. I said because your customer service is poor. He continues to go back and forward with me. I said if you would’ve told that I would gotten a bigger size for the price of a small…. This is horrible customer service! And I’ll be damn if I let anyone handle me like I’m a child that doesn’t spend money. My money works just like everyone else. I will never spend my money over there again. Very upset!

My family and I love Andys and the order has never been wrong but I’ve noticed the customer service has gone down. I was literally at the windows listening to the employees complaining that cars had pulled up. And there’s no friendly greet anymore. I know they can do better and hope they do because we love this place.

The biscoff cookie butter is so good but my wife got james brownie funky jackhammer with brownie and peanut butter and everything was stale.
Shame…and prices were very high. $22 for two larges.

I think they have temperature control issues. Every time I order a simple cup of custard, it is melted before it even gets to me. If I wanted a milkshake, I would’ve ordered one. Every single time.

I decided to check this place out because I have never been. They were out of vanilla. The service was terrible. It took three times for the worker to say that before we understood. I had two other people with me. After I ordered, she asked if that was all. Our order did come out quickly, which is the only positive out of this trip. It was probably my first and last trip here.

Maybe I should have read the reviews before coming here but it was quite disappointing. I did go around 10pm and I ordered the BootDaddy but the ice cream was melted and hardly had any Oreo pieces.

I asked for vanilla ice cream with caramel they told me rudely for the size I wanted that they would have to turn it into a concrete….i literally asked them the sizes available for vanilla ice cream with caramel and then they said I needed to get a sundae if I didn’t want it mixed in…. Turned a simple order into confusion…then I went again today thinking maybe it was just a bad day for them the they tell me I can’t even get ice cream at this location because the systems were down um it’s 2:00pm on a Sunday like what?

My son (4) wanted 1 scoop of vanilla and 1 scoop chocolate. Add sprinkles. How hard is that? Not. I was told that they have to change it to a Sunday to add sprinkles and could only do 1 flavor…ohhhhkay. We get chocolate. I order a pint of chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough, get back to our hotel to find that mine is just chocolate. I got a big ol pint of wrong. We were the only car in line…we only had 4 items.
