Came in today to get lunch for my kid and I tried using my subway reward points for a 6.99 Footlong sub but the girl at register said it wasn’t working so she had to input it manually. I was skeptical at the price so I asked for the receipt and ended up paying $5 more than what I should have paid. I didn’t even order a spicy nacho footlong, I ordered a footlong rotisserie. What is this ? Cutting corners ? Im very upset at how unprofessional this establishment has been since they opened. I myself used to work here and management was very sorry and miserable. Riscalas, fix it. I want my money back.

The footlong nachos are not made with real nacho cheese. They put cheese on with your toppings then toss place in it the microwave where it melts and burns the chips. The melted cheese becomes hard after a few minutes and then you wonder why this taste burnt. Not worth it…

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on uber eats today at 6:26pm. I received a knife inside my sandwich!!! Therefore making it inedible. They also forgot my coke. This is completely sickening. I will be reporting this to uber eats as well. They do stuff like this on purpose because they are tired of working!!! And they did this on purpose it was completely wrapped. What a shame. This could’ve been dangerous!!! I feel extremely threatened by this. I will be reporting. DO NOT ORDER AND EAT HERE

The employee who helped me honestly looked miserable, she had a horrible attitude making my sandwich which is a shame because I wanted a combo but I did not even get it due to how awkward she made me feel. The parking is difficult. The only pro is the inside is clean & appears like a nice atmosphere until you’re being helped. The sandwich was extremely salty, the bacon was raw & hard pieces interrupted several bites of the sandwich that I didn’t even eat because it wasn’t that great and I’m guessing the hard pieces from the avocado when she put it on. Although I asked for it toasted, I could still taste the cheese raw. Wish I could get my money back smh I will never I’m back here or recommend this location to anyone. Hopefully I am not sick later.

This place sure needs a refresh on staff.
The young welcoming girl should stay. I just stop by, and the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant is dull. There’s a guy standing by the wall next to the registers with a tired and boring look. He obviously doesn’t want to be there. It made me feel not interested. He sure looks like he’s been there longer than the young girl.. And he should use his time cleaning mopping or organizing (just keeping himself busy) ….. if no manager is at that moment just make sure you leave plenty of tasks for the crew that stays!

Stopped in early morning to get breakfast sandwiches to go. Service was outstanding. Very helpful and quick.
Food was typical Subway, so no complaint there. I was surprised that Subway doesn’t have Swiss Cheese or ketchup.
