Absolutely love our local Carabou, it’s been a wonderful addition to our community and while a sister company of SB, thank GOD it isn’t one ! The food is great and service generally on point. But I have to say, after it happening several times now. Actually every time one specific employee works I do want to say that I don’t like being asked if I want to tip. When I’m not asked I always do. But having the card swiper held pointed away from me towards the employee and then being asked to leave one feels very rude . Like I’m being coerced or manipulated into leaving a tip. Or maybe just like it’s expected. And it shouldn’t always be. Servers at restaurants still only make $2.13, they always deserve tips, and require them to have any chance of making a living wage. Caribou starts out paying it like $10 an hour . Young people just need to be taught a little tact possibly? I’m not sure, but it has reduced my times coming to Caribou throughout the week, and I do hope it will be addressed. It’s a topic I’ve spoke with my age demographic on often and most of us feel similar. Other than that I love that they’re here as an option ❤️.

Shocked to see a Caribou Coffee in Advance! Placed an order ahead of time to pickup in the drive thru. It was ready when I arrived, but the employee at the window didn’t say a word to me which was very odd. The chocolate croissant I ordered was delicious! Would return again just for that! I ordered an iced vanilla latte breve and it was not good. I have no idea why, but the flavor was off. My husband, however, ordered a Mint Condition Mocha from the signature menu and he says it’s the best peppermint flavored drink he has had! Next time I think I will try a signature drink as well, maybe that will be better than the latte I had this time.

Please bring a Caribou Coffee to the Mandarin area in Jacksonville Florida!!! While visiting family in January 2026, we decided to stop for a morning coffee. After that first visit, we were hooked and were back everyday during our visit!! The drip coffee tastes superbly and the employees were friendly. Starbucks Clover Vertica machine coffee tastes like mud (I’m being kind). Caribou Coffee: I think you would do very well here in Mandarin!!!!! Please consider. I want to mention that I appreciate your walk-up window as I never use the drive-thru. Thank You!!

Despite a large sign that said order here no one ever came to the window and when I eventually went to the drive-through two people magically appeared as if they just woke up. She didn’t hear half of my order and gave me the wrong drink and act like it was all my fault. This place is why we need green aprons

I should have read the reviews before ordering an ice chai with oat milk with pumpkin sauce . The taste was off, there is white and black things floating in my drink. I learn my lesson. Never trying new places. There goes my $7 I could have used else where down the drain !

Awesome place and good coffee, got the breakfast burrito and the caramel riser and they were amazing, I stop here 2-3 times a week to make it home from work after a long night. The people are always friendly and professional.

Great customer service! Really glad we finally have a coffee spot in Advance! Watching the build from start to finish and seeing the lines forming on it’s first day open; really good usage of a the vacant lot it use to be. The Caramel High Rise tastes really good and definitely will be back!
