Pretty standard Chipotle. The interior is on the smaller side but it is very clean. The staff are friendly and give good amount of meat. The food is good and decently healthy and affordable. It is a bit salty though so gotta watch your sodium intake. Gotta drink lots of water.

Tonight it was pouring rain. I entered the store through the main entrance to pick up my order, only to be told by the male cashier that I couldn’t stay inside. I had to go outside to the pickup window to collect my order. When I reached the outdoor pickup window, there was no shelter from the rain. Waiting for my order, I got soaked to the bone. You can see from their photos how disgusting this window is! It’s infuriating! Standing outside the window, I watched the young guy frantically preparing and packing orders for customers. He only told me mine wasn’t ready yet, then shut the window without giving an estimated wait time. Just left me standing out there in the rain. He kept busy packing orders. Since he was so busy, I walked back inside through the main entrance because I didn’t know when he’d finish my order, and I didn’t want to stay out in the rain. When I walked in, I saw several service staff just standing around idly. Then the male cashier told me to go wait outside again! This is the first time I’ve encountered such despicable staff in Los Angeles! Out of curiosity, I checked this store’s review section—there were 119 negative reviews! Do the owner and manager never check the reviews? Or do they simply not care? This place has serious issues with management and service! I’ll be sure to keep giving them one star!

I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s always been fine however the last few visits some new employees have made it my last. They seem to find pleasure in telling people an item is not available smiling and laughing as they deliver the news and after you ask how long they say “we’re not sure”. They ignore people who walk in and chat with one another forcing you to ask them to help you. One of the longer term employees(a male) obviously hitt on one of them while ignoring customers(seen this every recent visit). There are many more issues at this location but these are the reasons I will not get food here any longer.

It’s really rare when I go to Chipotle simply bc it isn’t what it used to be a few years ago. However, today, i was w my family, so we decided for Chipotle, which I will eventually regret. A few things caught my attention. We all got the bowls the serving portions were all different. There was barely any rice in them and the pico and crema proportion were over the line. To be honest, it seemed like they were rationing the very little rice they had left bc they didn’t want to make more.

I’m not usually one to complain, but tonight’s experience at Chipotle left a bad taste in my mouth — and it wasn’t the food. Chipotle was running their Veterans Day “buy one, get one free” promotion to honor those who’ve served, which I thought was a great gesture. So I made the trip over, showed up with my military ID ready, and got in line.

But when I got to the register, they refused to honor the deal — because, according to them, it had ended at 8:00 p.m. The kicker? It was 8:01. Literally one minute past. I wasn’t trying to take advantage of anything, I wasn’t causing a scene — I was just a veteran hoping to take part in a promotion that was meant to show appreciation.

It’s not about the free burrito. It’s about the principle. When you say you’re honoring veterans, it shouldn’t come down to a clock striking 8:01. A little understanding and flexibility would’ve gone a long way.

I left quietly, but disappointed. If you’re going to advertise something meant to honor service members, follow through on it — even if it’s just by a minute. Because real respect isn’t measured in minutes or dollars, it’s measured in how you treat people.

I’m honestly still upset about what happened at this Chipotle. I came in looking forward to a simple meal, and I was completely embarrassed and disrespected by the assistant manager. They refused to let me get my food because they didn’t believe I was a veteran and wouldn’t honor their own veteran policy.

Instead of showing respect or even trying to verify things properly, the manager spoke to me with an attitude, acting like I was lying about my service. It was humiliating — other customers were watching, and I left feeling angry, hurt, and disappointed. I’ve never been treated like that before at any Chipotle or anywhere else that claims to “support veterans.”

If you’re going to have a policy to honor veterans, at least train your staff to treat people with respect and decency. I didn’t deserve to be questioned or doubted just for asking for what was clearly advertised. I served my country proudly, and I shouldn’t have to prove my worth just to get a burrito bowl.

This whole experience really changed how I see Chipotle as a company. I hope they take this seriously and remind their managers that kindness and respect cost nothing — but they mean everything.

This Chipotle is a nice addition to this area. I’m not usually a big fan of fast food, but every once in awhile … it’s a quick meal. This location is kitty corner to Pasadena City College. It took over the Starbucks location in front of Bank of America. They’ve done a nice job of remodeling. It has indoor seating, patio seating with umbrellas, and a special outside pick up window with special parking space. Safety protocols were diligently followed by all of the staff, while I was ordering and waiting for my food.

Nia was excellent with her customer service. She took my order and alerted me to time and price for the additions in my order. She even helped me order, because I wanted nachos, and it’s not on the menu.

{ I found out online that there’s a special way to order certain things… It’s worth looking online to find out what’s available…}

I watched while my meal was being prepared… Just a short wait, and I was out the door with my chicken quesadilla and my chicken nachos.

There’s a large parking lot in the back of this shopping area. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk in for exercise, after your meal.

I look forward to coming back to this location for the good food and service.

The food at Chipotle is good, consistent in quality and plentiful. I have been a regular customer in LA and Pasadena, California as well as in Boca Raton, Florida which is home. The only thing Chipotle could improve, is the attitude of the personnel behind the counter. Smile, be nice, be kind with the customers! You get your paycheck because of us who keep coming month after month. Amen.

This is the epitome of what Chipotle food should be! The food is of high quality and tastes absolutely delectable. The store is immaculately clean, and the service is exceptional. Emily, in particular, is a delight. She always greets customers with a big smile and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. I highly recommend her for the position of regional manager!

Terrible customer service went in for a Veterans Day meal but manager did not honor the discount. Even though employees were advocating for me that it was only one minute… she refused in a very condescending matter. But I applaud the employees not the manager who was in charge. Don’t come to this one not veteran friendly.
