I recently went to my local dominoes in Princeton, KY with my two young kids. As I entered the store for the first time ever, as it is new to our town. I was greeted with a friendly have you been help yet. I arrived at 5:20pm to a ready for pickup at 5:13pm. As I’m waiting for my pizza to come out I notice a fridge of 2 liters to my right. I decide well I’m waiting just add this to my order. I grab it bring it to the desk and ask to add it to my total. I did not know this was such a hard task but I was still ok with it. I was constantly checking on my kids that were in the car watching a movie while I get the pizza. 5:33 comes fast and after two of the women that work there could not figure it out. one that was with me the whole time other than to go get the other woman and the other woman said she was so confused multiple times. At this point I just decide to put the soda back and tell them just to ring it up without. I got no attitude from the woman trying to figured out the problem but what I can only presume is the manager who I know used to work at little ceasers. Said you don’t need to get an attitude. Which I did not have if anything I was there problem solver for them. Btw at this time it’s 5:33pm I have no pizza, impatient kids and have not even had the opportunity to pay for it. While the manager was walking away after I made her job easier. Is when she said this. I will reiterate that this was my first time at this dominos and I will not ever return due to this woman. I ask that you get a better manager for the job because clearly she has no idea how to act in a business .
