First time having this “Coctel de Cameron” and a “Happy Hour Margarita”. It was loaded with Shrimp too See included photo. Our waitress was “Nancy” was very attentive and gave us very good food advice and service.

My wife’s and my first visit to El Patron was exceptional. The food was excellent and our server, Nancy, was the best. Very attentive and very personable. Prices were more than reasonable given the quality of both service and food. I am giving four stars for one reason only, the background music was too loud to carry on reasonable conversation. A problem with a very easy solution.

We always enjoy going to El Parron Mexican Grill. The service is very good and helpful and the food has always been great. We usually share a fajitas dinner. That’s enough for us both and to take what’s left home for lunch the next day. The home made salsa is very good. They recently moved into their new building, immediately behind where they have been for years. It’s beautiful! Plenty of parking and decorated beautifully. I Highly recommend El Patrons.

Cheese dip was good as the guacamole but the seafood cheese dip was a disappointment.
Steak fajitas was no good at all and Aaguachile rojo was more onion that actual shrimp.

Nancy W is an awesome server! Very outgoing, interacts with all her customers. It’s nice to have a server that likes her job and is good at it. Food was great as always. Love coming to El Patron. Would like to have Nancy as our server every time!!

Our beloved El Rodeo is officially no more!!! We have been loyal patrons since 2018 sometimes eating at El Rodeo 4 times or more a week and having the staff greet you by name and always smiling is hands down the go to place for great food, friendly faces and great value BUT the new location directly behind the old is very much lack luster in all the ways El Rodeo was top tier!! We visited El Patron today and immediately upon walking in the vibe was very somber, no music playing, very quiet and depressing. The service was on par with the atmosphere and the food was very disappointing and I mean very…I’ve never had the red sauce for my enchiladas served in a separate cup on the side put the sauce where it goes on the enchiladas the beans looked plastic like for a photoshoot although they did taste normal, part of appetizing food is in the presentation they’ve switched up the Alfredo noodles so the sauce doesn’t stick to them well and the plate was chipped and dotted with bits of cilantro for effect it didn’t hit the mark and frankly it saddens me to see a once prominent landmark of Robertsdale slide right off the map it pains me to write this review from where locals have been with El Rodeo a packed house almost daily every day of the week to now many places to sit sadly we’ve made our last trip to this establishment

The food was great! From the cheese dip, to the chicharones, to the tostada, to the wings, everything was fresh and flavorful. The only issue I had was with the server. He brought drinks, no straws. Getting his attention to get refills took a little bit, getting his attention to get boxes took a little bit. I know they’ve just opened and are having those new place issues. I’ll definitely give them another try!

It was very loud. I ordered the lunch steak fajitas with corn tortillas. The tortillas would not stay together to even make a soft taco using the fajita meat. They just crumbled. I ended up eating them with a fork. I asked for some more salsa when my meal was delivered and it got there when my meal was finished. The waitress was pleasant but she wasn’t very attentive.

Best part of the visit was the drink. I don’t think I’ve had a worse salsa ever. Cheese drip on the low end as well. The food pretty bad pretty bad. I’ve had better meals out of the back of a car.
