I ordered my my food on their app in their parking lot. No one touched my order. App said 9:10 for pick up. There was zero customers and it looks like staff were closing down at 9. We have pics of the whole experience and food. When I finally get me food they put zero protein on my bowl and items that I did not order. No one will answer the phone. I paid for food that I can’t enjoy and can’t get it fixed. I now have to get another ride to order food from another establishment. I’ve been on hold for ten minutes. Very horrible experience. A manager should reach out over this.

I go to chipotle quite often, and my bowl is pretty depressing most of the time. Today I was in a rush and ordered a bowl to go and was pretty skeptical about it since I’ve heard that they give you trash proportions since it’s to go. So my expectations were low. When I tell you my bowl was beautiful, it was beautiful. I receive my order and get to work you know just ready to eat another regular bowl of chipotle. I opened the tinfoil lid and low and behold the most beautiful bowl I’ve ever received in my life of eating chipotle, they gave me probably 3 scoops of rice, a big ole scoop of chicken all tender and juicy. My corn was absolutely bomb. My bowl was full, I mean like PRIME chipotle full. I never write reviews, but to whoever made my bowl tonight deserves a raise or something even greater than that. Please keep it up with these proportions.

Came in today to get my lunch on my break and the white girl on the line has absolutely no manners or proper work ethic. She was using inappropriate language in front of me, she was being messy in her work area and not even cleaning up her mess. i finished my food and looked over to see if she at least cleaned up and it still looked just as bad as before if not worse. Ive been coming to this location for 6 or 7 months and I’ve never had such a worse experience than i have had with this girl. The food and meat were very good and fresh but she just ruined my experience. Do better.

I’ve been going to this place for a year. Almost always great! Today, we ordered a chicken quesadilla that looked like it was made of an infant, by an infant. Dressing tasted terrible too. Have to go down the road a bit farther now.

Very disappointed with the experience. Out of cheese, out of steak and did not offer to make any. I just don’t understand how that happens with 2 hours of business left in the work day. Also no chips for my kids which made them cry. Honestly after reading all these reviews there needs to be a management cause it’s just a shame. These employees are not satisfying the minimum to maintain brand standards.

Came here when I was pregnant and craving a steak bowl. Huge disappointment. The rice was ice cold as well as the corn and steak. I understand it being room temp or chilled but it was actually partially frozen. Completely inedible. My husbands food was ice cold as well. Idk what they’re doing at this location but it ain’t it. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

We went at opening time this week and ordered our meal for pickup. My chipotle salad was made with LOVE! The honey chipotle chicken was amazing! Perfectly sweet and spicy. Not sure why the lower reviews but I would give it another try!

Usually very good but if you order for delivery they will give you about half the portion you would typically receive. Ordered two bowls and all the food could have fit in one bowl!

Stop at around 8 pm on Saturday, what should have been a busy day for a chipotle restaurant. The food was way too salty. It was definitely not fresh. The chips were also insanely salty and some were soft like it had been made the day before. Please save your self a headache and go to a different location. I regret not reading the reviews before visiting this location. This is the first chipotle restaurant that I go to that was a horrible experience.
