Do not go to this Roberto’s.
This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience here, and I won’t be returning.
First visit:
I ordered a burrito with beans. When I received it, there were no beans at all. I went back to the window and politely asked for it to be remade. The employee told me I had ordered it with no beans (which I did not), refused to remake it, and refused to give me a refund. She then snatched the burrito out of my hand while still denying my money back. No one stepped in to help. The entire interaction was hostile and disrespectful.
I avoided this location for months after that.
Second visit:
I ordered carne asada nachos and was given carne asada fries instead. They remade the order, but after taking only four bites, I realized there was barely any meat, beans, or guacamole just chips. When I brought it back, I was accused of “eating all the meat,” which was simply not true. There was hardly any there to begin with.
The manager was extremely rude, refused a full refund, took the food, and threw it in the trash, then only gave me half my money back.
Between the constant accusations, poor attitudes, incorrect orders, and refusal to fairly resolve issues, this place feels like it’s more interested in arguing with customers than providing decent service or portions. I felt disrespected and unfairly treated both times.

Skimping on lettuce and cheese and chicken in the tacos. This is the only location that does this. Tiny green sauce cups, only location that does this as well. Pickled carrots and jalapeños don’t taste pickled at all, again this is the only location that’s like this. This store needs to be reviewed by Roberto’s.

If you want a correct order and not be ripped off, go to a different Roberto’s or some other place entirely!
Tonight, I placed my order at 10:34 pm. I was hungry and tired. I wanted to eat food and go to sleep. Since they didn’t bother to get my order correct I’m still hungry, and I have to wait until I post this review to go to bed.
I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. I also ordered a side of rice and beans. When I received my burrito, it was blatantly obvious that I didn’t get the rice and beans on the side like I ordered because it wasn’t in a box. The when I asked about the side of rice and beans. The guy that took my order said they’re inside the burrito.
That was upsetting because not only did I pay extra for extra food, I didn’t get extra food. The burrito was the same size as always, since it had rice and beans inside of it,that means it had less meat and other ingredients that would have come inside of the burrito.
I like to eat my rice and beans separately from the burrito and from each other. There was definitely less rice and beans than if they came on the side.
This is cheap and/or incompetence, it was dishonest and shady. Avoid this location!

Ordered mounodos i left tips usually get 2 or 3 tortillas and some pieces of cow feet but this location gave me 1 tortillas and no cow feet I ask the lady cashier didn’t understand English properly they taking leftovers home

Randomly happened to stop in here on opening day and wow was it a pleasant surprise. I got the #7 Carne Asade Plate. Rice was fantastic and the carne asade was tender and delicious. I think the best part about Roberto’s was the salsa bar. All 3 salsas were fantastic. So so fresh!! The employees were so friendly and got our food out so fast. 10/10 would recommend this place

I Ordered two things on the menu. One order of beef rolled tacos and one order of chicken rolled tacos with sour cream and guacamole should be $6.20 per the sign. Do you drive through attendant tells me that my total is going to be $16. So I asked the attendant at the drive-thru “why is my order $16 when rolled tacos are $6.20 each? .The sign says with
Cheese $5.50
Sour cream $6.20
guacamole $6.20
When I told attendant, Jesus, that it doesn’t say that on the sign he said well they refused to change the sign and it’s not my fault and I looked at him and I said well to be honest, it’s not my fault either. The owner should fix that. He tells me that he has talked to the owner so many times that they need to change the sign to update the additional charge but they refuse. Something needs to be done.. either the employees are stealing by adding dollars onto the listed drive through prices or the prices on the signs need to be changed to the prices they are asking for at the window.
