Third time is a charm. I like to try a restaurant a few times before I can fairly judge. Food is exceptional, service with a smile on point, confortable atmosphere. Nice table set up, with white linen and black cloth napkins.

Within minutes of seating down, we were served hot bread with a nice oil dip.
I had the Chicken Sorrentino with linguine (choice of pasta or vegetables available) with a very delicious and light brown sauce. I loved it.
My husband had the special Pork Chop, finger licking good. A bit spicy, and delicious. Portions are big, but not overwhelming. We will most definitely comeback. Manager also came around a few times to check on us. A nice gesture. Try them, you won’t be sorry.

Christmas Eve dinner was a mess. First, they didn’t have a full menu, which would’ve been nice when taking reservations and telling people. What was worse was that they up charged every dish by almost $10 if you compared it to their online menu, it was at least $10 more minimum and the portions were the same. When we order drinks, it took a year and a day to get it. My father-in-law side never came and finally when it did it was already at the ending of dinner. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. Never coming here again, especially during a holiday dinner. I hope it was worth up charging that night because we were loyal customers until that day. You’ve lost a lot of future visits.

Eric is the best! Great host, personable and knows how to run a restaurant! We could not say enough about the food, service and atmosphere!! If you have not been here, you are missing out!! He personally ensured my niece’s 30th birthday was special and perfect. He was there all day helping us through the decorating and was there until the party was over. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for many years, that is not something you see every day. You see that in restaurants where owners care and customers are important. THANK YOU VULAJIO’S!!

Porterhouse for 2 was out of this world .. perfectly cooked, highly recommended. Great wide variety selection of wine and the service was excellent. Ambience is beautiful. Can do casual, fancy, or just a night by the bar. Will definitely book my next party at Vulajios.

Very tasty food and great portion sizes as well. Workers are very polite and well mannered as well as attentive to the tables at all time. The chefs in the back do a great job making the food delicious. They add the secret ingredient ‘love’ to each dish. Will specifically was my server and he was a very nice gentleman who took great care of me as I enjoyed my stay at Vulajios. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be planning parties here as they have a great atmosphere for large gatherings in which they utilize the party room.

Today, my sister, father, daughter and our husbands visited Vulajio’s Italian restaurant for brunch/dinner. The pizza/restaurant setup was understated. The environment was quiet, intimate, and surprisingly very spacious in the restaurant section with closed off events room for entertainment. They have a winery. Our server, Will, was very pleasant, attentive, professional and accommodating. He knew the menu well and his suggestive sell recommendations were excellent!
My family and I had an excellent time and will be visiting them again the future. So if you are in the Hopewell Junction area and is looking for an amazing, Italian restaurant with an inviting atmosphere, pleasant and professional service with great food, please stop in at Vulajoi’s Italian Restaurant.
