Atmosphere doesn’t matter when you have good food at a good price prepared quickly and is take out. We particularly like their fried dumplings and their delicious dipping sauce. What I often order is their sweet and sour chicken combo, which comes with an egg roll and fried rice. My honey generally orders their chicken lo mein. To be honest. I can’t resist their sugar biscuits. I know other Chinese restaurants scoff at that order, I am just happy it is on the menu here. $34, including tip, for the two of us, and it will be more than 1 meal.

Fresh, hot & delicious. Had the General Tso’s chicken, vegetable chow mein & chicken Lo Mein. Both done very well and great flavor. Prices were very reasonable as well.
Will be adding as our “go to” for take out.

Real deal take out. Lunch specials are unbeatable pricing for the amount of food to cost. Wouldn’t recommend dine in personally but as a takeout place, this is the spot to order from. I don’t think I’ve ever waited past a time they told me. I’ve even showed up early before and they had it done already. Extremely efficient!

I knew from the moment I walked into China Kitchen, the food was going to be great, and I was not disappointed at all. I’ve been to my fair share of Chinese restaurants but this one stands out the most. The food was probably the best Chinese I ever had. If I didn’t come in close to closing time I would have gone back in for more food. Such an underrated restaurant and needs more appreciation. I can’t wait to go back and get more food! Thank you staff/owners of China Kitchen!!!

I’m Allergic to mushrooms! Asked if in lomein then eggroll both were a no. Did not ask about chicken with snow peas cause why would I it already said snow peas. They won’t do anything about it unless we bring the meals back which is a 45 min drive for us. They would rather lose a regular customer then give us a free meal tomorrow. The owners daughter just screamed at me.

Mom-and-Pop family run Chinese food, cooked to order, as God intended. Food comes out steaming hot.
Great food, very reasonable prices I had the Garlic Honey Chicken and it was very good.
Most folks seem to do takeout, I ate in.
I’m always on the lookout for family diners, and especially am a fan of family Chinese food.
Couldn’t find egg in the fried rice, only thing different I found. I recommend this place.
, of you want good food. If you’re pit off by rustic settings look elsewhere.

Best chinese food I’ve ever had. Insanely good. People are great. Been going for years never had a problem with the food or the people.

China Kitchen just on the edge of Evans City off of Route 68, I think is very good. They have delicious food at a fair price. They have been pretty quick on getting my food ready for me. They do have a dining area (that is a little outdated) that most people do not realize. However, in the winter time, I would recommend doing the takeout because the dining area is not heated all that well. Although, it is nice in the warmer months. They usually keep the side door open for some fresh air. All in all, I would for sure recommend this place to anybody that loves Chinese food as much as I do! 🙂

Ordered takeout (garlic chicken). The items were well packaged for transport.
My garlic chicken was very good. The vegetables were all fresh and crisp and the sauce was exactly as I expected.
The fried rice was excellent also.

I’ve liked everything I’ve tried so far. The restaurant itself could use a remodel but the people are friendly and the food is good.
2022 update: Anyone looking at this place for the first time would not dare enter. The windows look like they’ve been waxed over so you can’t see through and when you first open the door, you would swear the place hadn’t been occupied in decades. They are in serious need of cleaning and paint. I haven’t seen much of the kitchen, but I hope it’s better. I’m going to start searching for another alternative.
