NO STARS IF I COULD! I wish hubs would have read the reviews before he ordered our food. We ordered 2 grilled chicken salads and he asked if there were fries on these salads. The incompetent who took the order said yes. Delivery would be 20 mins. Ha! 90 minutes and 2 phone calls later our salads came. No fries. The salads were not good. All iceberg and cheese! I counted 4 chicken shavings in what has to be a head of iceberg. They don’t care either…..hubs called and they couldn’t be less interested in what our complaints were. Not even a little onion or tomato…….all cheese and lettuce. Shame on you Barbatos for awful food and poor customer service. We will not be your customers anymore.

Had a wedding rehearsal dinner there tonight 7/11/14. The absolute worst service I have ever seen. The servers knew there was a party of 20 coming and did not resupply the buffet for the whole time there. There were dried old pizzas in their pizza buffet, one lone dried out spare rib sitting in its bin all night with no refills. All of the items were either low or empty and only once did I see anything refilled for the 30 minutes I was there( at the end they put in a few meatballs in their pot of sauce). I just can’t believe they hosted a dinner and did not keep a fresh supply of food coming (or even start with any!) The saddest thing is that the food was good, at least what I had. But I will never go back to try it and I advise anyone to a void this buffet. I know I will never recommend it for any services that come through my church.

so my delivery is super late (45 minutes beyond the expected) and I call and literally the guy says “ya it should be there in 10 minutes” before I even tell him my name or number. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked if he already knew who I was… NOPE! He said the only delivery driver left with all the orders 25 minutes ago. uhhh okay. So i comment “i hope i don’t get a pizza that’s been in his car for an hour.” “ya I hope not too”. Seriously?

Worst part is, it all shows up, cold ( to an obvious business address) with no silverware/napkins/plates and no mustard/mayo for the subs. So here I am, eating my salad with my fingers and co workers are eating pizza on napkins and dry subs with no dressing. Woo.

ok, 3 miles away and you don’t deliver there? where do you deliver, next door? why have delivery if you can’t take an order 3 miles? lost my $40.00+ order! plus any possible business from now on. good job, way to keep ratings up. sincerely, hungry in Erie!

Tried to overlook the last few issues, but can no longer. Again, our pick up order was all wrong. Tried calling, but phone rang full five minutes at a time. Figured they closed. Tastes ok, but paying and not getting order we paid for has gotten old. Last time in dining room, waitress was rude. So rude, even though we were only customers, we left! What is going on thrre? Left message to try and resolve, but no call back. Guess noone cares!

Not friendly to loyal customers when there is a legit complaint. They have a “go to heck” attitude to even really good customers. Food has slipped in quality. Ill spend my money somewhere else

Wings were terrible, they were so hard and dry. I can now say that i’ve had the worst wings ever ! You ( the owner ) should be ashamed, to serve food that way ! I will never be back !
