Noodle fusion
There was 3 of us we ordered the daily double meals please make them fresh we requested, They came out barely warm and were missing the other beef patty.
Go to the register the employees including the manager were just standing around talking instead of anyone being at the register when we needed our order corrected.
The manager did correct our order and eventually the warmer burgers came out that was nice but after we were done eating we started feeling sick.
Overall the experience is much worse than the other McDonald’s in Somerset, We definitely recommend going there instead.
At the other McDonald’s they actually wipe the tables and try to keep the restaurant cleaner and always have an employee check up on you if the food is okay ect.

I won’t even go to the other McDonald’s in Somerset because of how bad it is.
This place has staff that know what they are doing and can give you a product that you won’t vomit up later unlike the other place in town.
Have had wonderful service for the past 3 years of personally ordering myself and getting food.
I still order here at least once a week to this day.

Honestly this has been my 1st visit since 2023 due to bad (cold/old food). Once again today I received old cold .

No customers in store. Waited to be waited on.. guy from kitchen came took order told me total left and said I had to make your food.. did not give me a receipt or cup
Waited.. a manager I gusse.. threw a bag on the counter screamed 204.. I gusse it was mine.. took it.. no cup.. still had to wait.. a crew member tool another order then I got my cup.
Go get tea what was left was spoiled.
Garbage over flowing
Called to speak with manager.. yea that was a joke. Was hung on..
Called back to get corp number was told there wasn’t one.. manager refused her name… either they don’t care or are ignorant.. its good the corp number is on Google. Got it as well as well as filed the complaint on line.
I usually an pretty patient and don’t complain but don’t throw a bag at me and yell.. then lie and say no corp number..
Cheeseburgers were awful fried cold and gummy nuggets barely warm very old tasting.

Food was about the same but has a slight chemical taste. It could just have been me as the food didn’t make me ill. However the food tasted less natural and more synthetic. My kids seemed to enjoy their meals without complaints so it was okay.

Does this McDonald’s at this location not participate in the monopoly game I went there today october 18th 2025 and ordered a medium fry because I wanted the monopoly piece and was very disappointed because I didn’t get a monopoly piece and paid almost $4 for the stupid fries I paid 3.60

Mcdonalds is McDonald’s and if you like there food you really t like it. Only in occasion do you get something messed up. But its usually a great thing to eat there. If they mess up my order they are very happy to fix it for me. But I’ve rarely encountered that problem.. Always good and fresh and they follow your wishes.
