The couple that owns this Subway are absolutely amazing they take so much care and pride in making sure everyone feels like family not just a customer they are extremely accurate your order is always done right irregardless of how many specifications you make it’s ready fresh and on time they’re extremely clean everything is well stocked prepared as expected they follow all the guidelines from the gloves to the hair there’s never a time we’ve gone in and not feel welcomed That’s why we drive the extra few miles to go to them versus the one closest to us you can always expect a warm smile a hello and if you go Austin enough they remember your order too again I can’t say enough about them you’ll never see food mixing with others a dirty tray of full trash can it’s always immaculate and coming from a restaurant business that’s not always easy to maintain throughout the day as it is opening and closing so kudos to them they’re a little off the road so you kind of have to look because they’re in a large shopping center Sandwich between another restaurant and a nail salon but I promise if you pick them out you’ll never be sorry and you’ll go back again and again what can I say they even have churros I love churros. Great job we will see you for dinner and hopefully a few new guests may come too until then thank you and have a blessed day.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was urine everywhere. There was black mold in the toilet and on the sink. For the food, I asked for extra of certain things and I barely got what most people would consider light. I heard a young child (like 4 years old) behind the counter with the workers.

The people that work at this subway, aren’t American and don’t understand English very well, which is fine but frustrating because everytime I come in and ask for an order they get it wrong or don’t understand what I mean, will either make my sub wrong or tell me they don’t have something that’s on the menu in front of me, I’ve been in there twice hoping the second time it would get better, but the lady told me that I couldn’t get something that was on the menu because she didn’t see it, and the menu will tell you what the sub is and what it has on it and she will still get it wrong. I asked for wheat bread she gave me something completely different. Even told me what comes on the sub I ordered and she still got it wrong while she was making it.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!
I ordered 2 footlocker ham subs plain…..literally white bread ham and American cheese that’s it. I open the subs when I get home and see they only put 1 1/2 pc of ham on each 6 inch. I haven’t worked at a subway in probably 15 years but the minimum back then was 4 pcs of meat and 2 pcs of cheese. I made my order simple and they could bust it out quick no veggies no toasting and then they still cant even give me the meat and cheese that come with the price I paid. Not going back to this subway and telling my friends to avoid it as well

Food was nasty but customer service was great. Ordered a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken foot long. It was very nasty. Sauce was bad. Not visiting anymore always have different workers every time I go.
