Best Mexican food in Williams.
I have been all thru Mexico and most of Central America.
This was some of the best Mexican food I have ever had.
And all from a food trailer in the Shell gas station parking lot just off I 40 on the way into Williams.

Just left this place. My man had to get food from the Indian restaurant and I saw this truck right next to it, I’ve been craving burritos a lot lately so been trying different places on the road. This is definitely one of the top good ones! And it comes with fries! Never had that before and was not expecting it. I give this place 10/10 chicken is not on the menu but I asked and they had it. Convenient truck parking space.

Not kidding Shrimp tacos are extremely tasty and not stingy with the portions. My husband got cabeza and asada, he also agreed they had great flavor! I recommend them and for sure stopping again when I’m in town

One of the best tacos I have ever tasted. It’s just next to Shell Gas Station and easy to reach. Burritos are really delicious and with lots of fresh fillings inside.

Stopped here for a burrito on May 10 right off the interstate and was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty food made with love! It’s a perfect little food truck with all the authentic spices. Highly recommend stopping in!

It’s one of the best food to get out this truck, every thing so far from my experience from this truck is perfectly seasoned and not afraid to use seasonings to make the food taste great. There beans and rice and salsa has really good flavor as well. 10/10 would come back. In the pictures, i got the carne asada with Cameron tacos(diced streak with shrimp)

A testament to why Mexican food is best when found in a border state. The tortillas are surely handmade, and the cabeza and lengua are phenomenal. The fries are also top tier. Hearty portions, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices. I would make a trip here just for the food.

Real authentic mexican tacos truck. We stopped during our road trip.
I got the adobada tacos and the meat had great flavor and the meat was tender.

Must try! We got carne asada fries and birria tacos. Fries were so good and crispy, birria and consume was really good, alot of flavor and the tortillas didn’t fall apart which never happens! Only downside was the beans, they were a little cold and not the greatest. We are Williams locals and typically go to the other mexican food truck across from the Maverick but this will be our new spot!
