This review based on my take out order. Called them and placed order.
20-30 mins my food was ready.
Everything was pretty good except the gallina soup was actually separated between the broth and the chicken. The chicken was sort of skinny and rubbery for me to chew.
Price was reasonable.
Service was great.

This is a hidden gem in Lansdale. We came for breakfast and it was out of the world. 10 out of 10 for everything food and service. This will be our new every weekend go to!!! Huevos Rancheros, banana chocolate chip pancakes, scrapple and chicken tacos pictured below.

Worst Experience Ever!
This place is an absolute disaster. This is the second time they’ve messed up our order, and this time was beyond unacceptable. We placed a cake order three weeks ago and even called back to change the pickup date. We spoke to the only person there who speaks English, and she confirmed everything was updated.
Today, I showed up to pick up the cake — just TWO HOURS before the party — and she casually says, “Oh, I forgot.” Are you kidding me?! This was supposed to be a big birthday cake for a special day, and they completely ruined it. On top of that, she even tried not to give us a full refund after THEIR mistake.
Now we’re stuck last minute trying to find a cake, all because of their total lack of care, organization, and responsibility. This business is unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I will never come back, and I highly recommend everyone to stay far away — unless you want your special event ruined

My experience was horrible initially, however, they owned their part. The cake was for special occasion and they had made a commitment in having the cake ready by 12pm. However, the cake was delayed by 2 hours and the reason was overbooked their orders. The worst part; the cake broke into 2 pieces as it was driven to its destination (15 minutes away from the bakery). I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the cake. Review the pictures. It was embarrassing. I had a party and the main piece of the puzzle was missing. I called to speak to a manager today; the person doesn’t speak English and hunged up. All of my friends goes here and this is not what I expect from a highly rated bakery.
Please expect a phone call again later this week.

The food and the cake is amazing. I’ve not yet been disappointed by anything I’ve ordered. The online ordering was super easy and charges a minimum. Don’t forget the tres leches cake, horchata, and sometimes there’s also flan.

We had Rio Dulce cater my daughter’s third birthday party and we also got her birthday cake from the bakery. The cake was absolutely stunning and so delicious–we got two tiers because we just couldn’t decide on one single flavor! The food was also incredible and the service was great. We will absolutely be back and can’t recommend Rio Dulce enough!

Don’t waste your money order I cake and it was not what I asked for. The cake broke down on the way home. the decoration was poor and I paid 82 dollars for that cake. Even though the cake broke and it was not my fault they were not able to give me even a 50% refund.

We highly recommend that you try this cozy restaurant, bakery and market on Main St. We stopped for the first time today for a late breakfast. Every thing was prepared to perfection and delicious. The server was attentive and pleasant, and the dining area was clean, bright and comfortable. Great coffee, and a bonus– all baked goods are fresh and made on the premises. Plenty of free on-street parking in front. Check out their menu. You won’t be disappointed.
