We love eating there. They have great food, service is good usually but today there was this chunky white man at the register looked like he hates his life. My wife asked him if they were still offering military discount like they always he said “No” and was trying to be a smart ass saying “oh they used to give a mall discount too”. He shouldn’t be out front talking to customers if he doesn’t have courtesy.

One of the best Chinese restaurants inside of a mall. Jade Express is absolutely amazing and the employees are always super nice! The Orange Chicken is so so good. As well as the Teriyaki Chicken also the Bourbon Chicken. The plates are very inexpensive and they give you a great portion. This place is definitely recommended if your looking for a great Chinese place. Super great in all aspects!

Jade Express is tasty Chinese food up there with other good mall Chinese food options at other bigger Malls. This is a compliment that this is available at Shelby for all the folks to enjoy. I loved the Reasonably priced 2 entrees and 1 side meal and I got 2 chicken entrees and fried potatoes for the side and the portions were generous. Highly recommend this eatery!

This place is amazing! The ladies who served me were very polite and helpful! They give you a choice of plain cream cheese wontons or crab and onion! I havent found that anywhere else! Their food was AMAZING as well! It was all made perfectly! The prices are great too! This is definitely the place to go!!

Let me start off by saying that I love this place. Great food and what I’m guessing is the owners are always really nice.
This is the second time in a month that I’ve went and the girl preparing the food has complained and huffed and puffed about filling the combo 3 plate. I never say anything because I love this place. I just let her complain and do what she wants to do. Tonight I go and it’s the same thing she moans and groans about having to prepare a plate. But on top of this, as I’m walking up. She’s sitting there picking and trying to pop a bump on her arm right before she prepares my food. To say I’m grossed out is an understatement. It’s time to find someone else to fill that position it seems.

AMAZING LOCAL BUSINESS!! Prices are very cheap and portions are huge compared to other chinese restaurants, not to mention clean! Me and my family get food here once a week and feeds us for 2 meals! The 30 minute drive is worth it. The staff is always super friendly.
