I will never order from this Subway again, I put a pick up order on the app and when i got home my wrap had wrong ingredients and they put my avocado in a PAPER bag on the side. Then my wrap was cut vertically i couldnt even pick it up to begin with. When i called about it they had a attitude and said the avocado was on the side because they had already wrapped it when they realized it was supposed to have avocado. They really couldn’t care any less at this location.

This guy has no business making sandwiches, I didn’t get the guy’s name but tried to tell them how I wanted the sandwich and he told me basically I was wrong, which I was like okay, whatever. Also never swapped gloves after touching various different surfaces before I placed my order, and also noticed he never swapped when he started helping the next customer . I asked for a small amount of peppercinis and he threw a handful in the middle of the sandwich. Didn’t even bother to spread them out, when I asked for mustard and mayonnaise he basically squeezed them both in the middle with no attempt even get close to the ends of the sandwich, and to top it all off possibly the worst wrap job I’ve ever seen, sandwich pretty much came apart inside the bag, then when I went to go pay he held his hand on top of both sandwiches like I was going to to steal them until my card said approved and then he slid it across to me. would assume he was probably on some type of substance , since I was in a crunch for time I didn’t have the time to stand there and go back and forth with the man. I just paid for my food and left. If I ever go in there to get a sandwich again and he’s behind the counter I’ll just leave.

Had to remake my wrap order because she forgot the guacamole after I told her it’s fine you can just add it on. I told her I wanted the new special The drayPotle Steak sandwich with everything on it , and she put lettuce on it. She didn’t like that I corrected her and got an attitude with me. NEVER GOING BACK! & I still Tipped 15%. & there was no fresh guacamole

I wanted a quick meal for my worker and myself, so we went to this place inside the gas station. We ordered a veggie sub and a sweet onion chicken sub and beverages. Service was good, and we tipped appropriately. I mentioned to the counter man that the credit card Bill should have a place for tips, instead of just having a box out for tips. The sandwiches were tasty and the tea we had was good.

All the vegetables in the shop looked very old and nasty. They had no way to toast sandwiches. I was on my lunch break so I ordered a sandwich thinking I would try to make the best of it as I was pressed for time. The bread was so stale I ended up eating the lunch meat and tossing the rest of the sandwich. So gross!!!

Yesterday I had the worst customer service experience I my entire life. I walked in the subway restaurant and asked for the 6″ chicken sandwich special and the worker who took my order stated that she did not know what I was trying to order so i pulled up a picture of the item that I was trying to order on my phone and (without saying anything) the worker pointed to a picture of the same item that was right next to her. I asked why did she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about and she told me that I wasn’t making sense and she couldn’t understand me. My reply to her was: “really?!” and I tried to continue on placing my order by telling her the choice of bread that I wanted but she would not allow me to as she kept on talking over me. I then asked her if she was going to to her job by making me a sandwich and she then refused to service me by telling me that I could leave and “to have a nice day” leaving me at the counter by myself as she walked to the back. I called out to her several of times asking for her name and if she was going to return in which she just ignored me as she walked around in the back doing whatever. The owner of that place should be ashamed to have such a horribe worker like her. Whaat a TERRIBLE experience!!

My boyfriend and I decided to eat at Subway yesterday evening around 11:30 pm. Normally we visit the Subway on Stephanie Street but we were passing by the Subway on Russell and Whitney Ranch and decided to just go ahead and save some time.
When we walked in and walked up to the counter, no one was there, but we’re pretty patient people. It only took about 30 seconds for a gentleman to walk up to the counter to us. I did not get his name I wish I had for this post but he looked like a 20 something year old maybe Asian gentleman. First of all he did not speak to us. I was the one who said hello to him. He did not smile, he was not pleasant, and when I was telling him what I wanted on my sandwich after every ingredient I said, he quickly asked “anything else?” as if I was wasting his time. I’m like…yeah I want more on my sandwich. Onions, “anything else?” Pickles, “anything else?” Avocado “anything else?”
Very rude and also annoying to be rushed.
My boyfriend saw all this and ordered his sandwich knowing how impatient the guy was so he told him all the ingredients he wanted at once. And then the guy forgot and he had to repeat it all. Still making no eye contact and showing he truly hated his job. He took us to the register and asked, “anything else?” Of course.
Took forever to ring us up and when he gave us the change we were the ones who told him to have a nice night.
We will never return to this Subway because of one single employee.

This Subway location probably isn’t going to be here much longer. At least they aren’t if they keep closing shop EARLY, before the posted closing time of 2am, wait no, 1am, wait no, is it 12am when they close? I DON’T KNOW and I don’t think I ever will because every time I ask, it’s a different time!
The smug excuse of an employee who worked the night of memorial day 5/29/17 couldn’t even answer me when I asked what time they closed. Probably the same guy from a previous review (Mr. “Anything else”). If this franchise owner wants to keep this location open for more than a few more months, they need to get rid of employees who exude the attitude of “I hate my job” and be consistent with their business hours.

Workers were cross contaminating surfaces were food is prepared with non food items like paper notebook from drive up window. And I saved the best for last, there was a dark curly hair on my sandwich. Location Whitney Ranch and Russell Rd gas station.

Service is friendly enough, orders are done well, just incredibly slow service. The gentlemen working were both radiant and friendly. But it took almost 10 minutes to make 2 basic sandwiches
