Hello! I am Ma Kay Myit Toe, and I moved to the U.S.A. from Thailand in 2012. I was born in Burma and lived there for 13 years before immigrating to Thailand. I love making authentic and traditional Burmese cuisine that is healthy and fresh. My goal is to make every dish tasty for you, and that is why I chose the name ‘Ayan Kaung’ which means very tasty in Burmese.

Absolutely delightful and full of flavor! I highly recommend the chicken masala and the chickpea fritters. This cart also has some of the best fried chicken drumsticks I have ever had- get them before they are sold out!
