Very disappointing first experience. The menu is completely misleading: most of the items I asked for were not available, and although the menu states that delivery is offered, in reality it is only available through the app. This needs to be clearly updated.
No one asked about sauce preferences or food allergies, which is unacceptable. The order was prepared with all the sauces included, making the food inedible for me. Ignoring allergy concerns is a serious issue.
Customer service was poor. The person serving me showed a bad attitude, left the order on the counter, and walked away without any courtesy or explanation. Overall, a lack of professionalism and attention to basic customer service. I will not be returning.

This is a mini noches de colombia. More like a bakery. It has a variety of breads, empanadas, sweets and some food. They have my favorite: freshly squeezed Orange juice. There was only one employee. She was working hard (Deserves a raise). It got real busy at a certain point. People mainly came to take out. The TV had only reggaetton music while I was there. I would recommend a variety of music specially when the majority of people that I saw coming in were not young ones. But I would definitely come back.

Cozy and super clean pace with great decor and culturish vibe. Food was cooked faster than I thought it would, tasted fresh and perfect temperature. Staff was very friendly, patient and helpful with helping me understand what I was ordering.

Terrible service, the blonde girl in the front sees you wait in line first and when a regular comes in she attends him instead of you. She’s was talking on her cellphone too when she was getting my order ready and I asked her before I left if she included pink sauce in my bag because usually they’re miserable and don’t even send anything or just one tiny thing for 3 empanadas. I just wanted one and she said yea it’s there and when I get to my car there was nothing there. She really needs to learn how to do her job better.

I had a bad experience with these folks a few years back with regards to delivery issues. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance. They are worse now. The picadera used come in two sizes, half tray $35 and full tray $70. Turns out they now have “medium” and “Large” size but the so call medium is smaller than the half tray and cost almost the same. I’m hoping this was a mistake on their part, because otherwise is a total RIP-OFF.
