Had a horrible experience with Andrea! My kids asked for two large side boxes of chow main. When we got to the table the boxes were both filled with mostly cabbage. I went back to the register and ask the second girl there if they could redo. She asked if I had been asked I wanted to wait for a new batch. I was not. She said she would have Andrea come back and refund me. When she did come out she already had attitude. She said she could not refund me but I could come back Tommorow and get “free chow main”. I explained that was not an option as I am not in the area and would not be driving back for chow main. She then said she could not refund me cause she had not given me receipt ( which is also a policy if panda to make sure you get one) and she could not pull up transactions. I asked to speak to a manager to what she explained she had provided me with an option and then rolled her eyes and flicked her hand in my direction and turned her back and walked away slamming the door to the back area and throwing things around. The guy Junior, in the kitchen immediately jumped into action and said not to worry he was making a whole new batch. My issue is the girls attitude. That is not the way to deal with a customer. I was not rude, I was not condescending. She had attitude from the moment we were ordering. Some people are not meant to be front of the house employees. I did not get the name of the other girl but her and Junior definitely worked to make things right.

They won’t repeat your order to verify. They won’t verify anything. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Even is it holds up the line – look at your food before driving off – and whe you call – they will make every excuse – save your money – go where you actually get what you order.

Service was quick. staff was very nice and considerate. I found orange chicken little too sweet for my taste buds. Truly speaking, I can’t distinguish the difference in taste of orange chicken and honey sesame chicken.

First experience at a Panda Express – I didn’t care for the food so much. The egg rolls were pretty good but that’s about it. The service was exceptional though so keep that up! Overall, 3 stars for me.

Do NOT pick up deliveries here. Will cut into your $$. Told me 3 minutes to wait. Took 30 minutes to pick up two plates. They do not prioritize deliveries. Nor do they move like they have any urgency at all.
