It is customary to have a restroom at a large gas station / Dunkin’ Donuts location like this, and it’s not a bad neighborhood.

I work in their neighborhood and we (colleagues and I) all love to go there to grab coffee and treats….The staff there is always friendly and polite, but unfortunately they are always so terribly short staffed that we often have to walk away due to the length of our lunch break. The other day, there was one lady working and a whole line close to the door. It definitely is not a good business strategy!!

Friendly staff, but unforgivably awful donuts. Literally a brick today. Last time the glazed donut wasn’t glazed. You can try to get help from Dunkin, but they treat you rudely and purposely hang up on you instead.

The toasted bagels we ordered were not toasted. There were no straws in the bag when we got in the car but we had already left. And the kid working the counter, approximately 4 ft 9 in tall, male, Hispanic had just a terrible terrible attitude.

Beware, there’s no rest room here. If I recall correctly, it hasn’t been functional for years. However, this place does have a fairly wide collection of snacks & soft drinks. There’s also hot Dunkin’ Donuts coffee on the premises.

This DD has been a popular stop for us for years… convenient for gas, coffee, and a restroom. I was there last week and the staff is beyond rude and inept, and the bathrooms are gone! We will be going somewhere else from now on.

DISGUSTING, paid $6 for a salted caramel cold brew it tasted like it was 5 days old, it was very gross, went back and asked for a caramel latte instead and home girl gave me milk and caramel with a hint of coffee. Lazy and disappointing

Convenient location at intersection of us route 7 (Ethan Allen highway) and state route 35 (Danbury road. Plenty of parking but no drive thru. Unisex restroom available. No indoor or outdoor seating available because its located inside the Valero fuels convenience store.
