The Shrimp Summer Rolls we 95% ice burg lettuce. The cheapest stuff they could fill it with. Almost no noodles and 1.5 shrimp cut in half length wise. Total rip off. Almost all of the lettuce inside all 5 summer rolls was brown and pink. Looked nasty and taste nasty. Threw all 5 in the trash. Wasnt worth getting sick over. The Pho Thai soup was good but the quality of everything and the cleanliness seemed way off from previous visits. Also felt like staff was talking about me when I asked for more hot sauce. It was only after I offered to pay for it when they finally “understood” what I was asking for. Won’t be going back.

This place doesn’t get enough credit! The pho broth is phenomenal. Usually I add a lot of lime and basil to my pho but the broth didn’t need anything. It was perfect as it is. Servings were large and generous! Please ask for the spicy sauce on the side. It’s not the usual sriracha, it’s a house made brown sauce which is great to dip the meat in or add a kick to your soup. The staff were so kind too! I’ll be making this my usual spot after my workout 🙂

Do better please. This is gross. 20$ for a meal shouldn’t include a whole strand of hair wrapped in multiple pieces of food. Very disappointing. If I wasn’t so tired from driving all the way from PA I would’ve drove back.

Wow this place is so horrible and price is not match the quality of the foods. I ordered fried tofu for $7 it’s looks so dried and hard. And the pho that I ordered there is no flavor alots of noodles very disappointed I will not recommend anyone to come to this place until they get their quality etc together. Tried Pho L&T and was pretty disappointed overall. I paid $20 for a small bowl of chicken pho, which felt way overpriced for the portion size. The value just isn’t there. To make things worse, there were no bean sprouts served with it, which is pretty standard at most pho places. The soup itself was just okay; nothing special. Service and atmosphere were fine, and the place wasn’t busy, but that didn’t really make up for the lackluster experience.

A beautiful surprise location! I enjoyed the brisket pho and shrimp roll with rice paper. All not containing gluten. My colleague had the vegan pho with tofu and vegetables. The restaurant is small and well decorated. The bathroom impeccable. EDIT: I got glutened at the restaurant. Something I ate contained gluten though I was assured my meal did not contain gluten. I am intolerant and I was sick for two days.

I just started becoming obsessed over Pho since my first visit to a spot at the National Harbor. I loved it, so now it’s my new favorite thing. This place had mixed reviews but I figured I would go e it a try. Compared to my first experience, it was mind of a let down, but I may give it another try. There aren’t many Pho places in owings mills, so I would venture out more.

We’ve lived in the area for years and had never been here before tonight. What a mistake. Ordered carry out and it was ready when I got there. The spring and summer rolls were delicious. The broth was phenomenal. The meat was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about the food. This will now be a regular spot for us.

Absolutely Ridiculous – Never Again
$176 for two bowls of soup, three appetizers, and two drinks from the cooler — no alcoholic drinks, no entrées, nothing fancy. I even asked for extra noodles and didn’t get them. How is that even possible?
The food was average at best, nothing memorable, nothing worth anywhere near that kind of money. I left feeling completely robbed. If I’m spending almost $200, I better be getting a full-course meal, a quality steak, or at the very least what I ordered.
I’ll never come back, and I’d strongly recommend you go literally anywhere else. There are way better spots that won’t make you feel like you got scammed just for trying to enjoy a simple meal.
BTW this was 3 months ago not 3 Days Ago stop replying with lies. Just say sorry we will do better that is all

This place is crazy. Spent 88$ for just 3 bowls of pho. They charge 8$ for an extra side of meat totally ridiculous prices do not recommend
