If you like BLACK, unrecognizable substance in your chicken wings, you found the right place. This was in every piece of my order. Not just one wing, every wing. I just never experienced so much “whatever this is” in my fried chicken experience. It had a funny smell as well.

The wings here are one of the best in town. This is a family owned restaurant and they are always friendly. The service is usually quick and the food is freshly cooked. The egg rolls have pork inside for anyone who doesn’t eat port, just FYI. The friend rice and Lo Mein is great too. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the Burg.

Our experience with the food was awful, but management handled our disappointment with respect and a refund. We ordered two combo plates, small shrimp fried rice, and 4 spring rolls. We were shocked to see the that the fried chicken wings were pink, but they smelled delicious. The General Tso chicken and Chicken and were not appealing to the taste buds. The Spring Rolls were a tad greasy, but tasty.

I had a very interesting exchange. I have been going there few years and this one time they didn’t have something I wanted. I explained that I was diabetic and I had researched that item and saw it was so many calories and not so much fat, no carbs. The owner suggested another item for me that would be a healthier option.. I was grateful.

I normally would have given them a 4 or 5 star review but unfortunately the last time I went and purchased food it was not good. I got sesame chicken with rice and wing. The rice was bland and the chicken was very hard but the wings were delicious. I know they make great food guess it was an off week for them. Still coming back. <3
