A great spot for a quick bite and smoothie! Service is usually pretty good and orders are usually accurate. However, the past two times they have gotten my food order wrong. A little disappointed about that happening two times in a row.

I go to tropical smoothie literally almost everyday for a Bahama Mama Bowl or the Açaí bowl. This is the ONLY one I’ve come to, TWICE, where my açaí bowl and Bahama mama bowl were both freezer burnt. Any other tropical smoothie I’ve been to, the consistency is not freezer burnt. It’s somewhat frozen but does not taste freezer burnt. I will literally never come back to this location, I gave them a pass the first time with my Bahama mama bowl because those are clearly supposed to be frozen but the consistency shouldn’t be sharp, literally felt like glass in my mouth. Gave them another try and got an AÇAÍ bowl, threw that in the garbage as well, $20.00 down the drain! Smh

Did an online order. They forgot to put peanut butter on. I ask for extra strawberries, blueberries and bananas. They gave me a container with just bananas. They did not put mango on my boyfriends. I understand if they are out of those, but they should tell you and not charge extra for something you didn’t get. Second time eating here and honestly won’t ever go back. Food is just average.

The only bad thing about this place is how close it is to my work. They may as well take my summer pay checks now lol. Its SO good. Nothing else compares honestly. You can taste every flavor in a smoothie separate and they all marry very well together. The staff was SO friendly. They made me feel like a regular my first visit. They are more than willing to answer any questions and they get the food / drinks out quickly. RUN don’t walk here.
Also there’s only one size and its big. Honestly at first I kinda thought $5-$6 was pricey but they handed me the cup and my feelings changed right away

We were very excited to try this place out! You can either order on the app, inside, or go through the drive-thru. The inside has plenty of seating, and the staff were very friendly. The menus on the wall are a little difficult to read but they do have paper copies sitting at the register as well! We got two smoothies which were SO GOOD! Blended well, and a large size for a good price. Will definitely be going back again!
