Tonight is the second time I’ve had a bad experience not just with papa johns but this place specifically. Delivery took three times as long because the driver apparently forgot the soda, after I spoke to the manager who assured me the pizza would be hot it finally arrived. Cold pizza hot soda. Thanks

Yesterday was a second time that I ordered here and the first time I had to wait 35 minutes for my order after The 30 minutes for my pizza will be ready had already passed. Yesterday I placed an order at 6:33 PM got there at 7 PM and it said my pizza was ready when I went in the guy at the counter told me it was going to take 45 minutes more because their oven broke. I told him there was no way I was going to be waiting for an additional 45 minutes which would have already made it past an hour and a half of my initial order. I requested my money back and he told me it will take up to 30 days for me to get my money back on my card. I let him know I needed a copy of my receipt so he gave me a copy. I told him it is so awkward that two months prior when I ordered same thing happened. Management needs to work on their equipment equipment to make sure it works and if pizzas are taking longer, they need to make sure that when people order online that it’s updated and letting people know how long it will be before they get their order. Like that they will determine if they still want to complete the order or order somewhere else. This was a complete waste of time and I will not be returning to this place again. I am currently waiting for management to call me to see how they plan on resolving this.

Highly recommend you order from a different location/store. Food was delivered an hour and a half after it was ordered, all of which was stone cold. Second time this has happened to us. Tried calling the store but the line just rang and rang. Wont be ordering from this place again…. Highly recommend you avoid at all costs.

My husband and I had such a pleasant experience ordering from this location. The first time Daniel helped us and he was so wonderful. Our youngest has food allergies and sensitivities. It was so helpful to know that I could request a clean cut on the pizza we order for him. To add to the special order I did not know exactly what I wanted because we have a very selective toddler eater and Daniel was so patient, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I am so grateful. The second experience was over the phone with Jacob and was just as pleasant. He was also very patient and professional and took care to pay attention to the specific details of our order. I truly value the quality of their customer service and professionalism. It is not so easy to find these days. Thank you again Daniel and Jacob! God bless you both!

Placed my order at 9pm for delivery, when I called to track my pizza I was on hold for over 30 minutes. They said my order was for pick up instead of delivery. I had to drive to the location just for him to say we gave the pizzas away. Do you want me to remake them. Yes, an I would like my money back. Papa John’s is the worst. They will never receive my busy again.

Ordered a pizza that took over an hour and a half to arrive. Online support called after 35 min to say there was an issue and offered to coordinate with the store. They called back 5 min later to say it would be arriving in 30 min. 50 min later I decided to call the store and got an automated message saying they were behind and would call to let me know when the driver was out for the delivery. So I called customer support to which they said they couldn’t refund and to try calling the store. On my call to the store the pizza arrived which was a completely different total, very confusing. Pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and even had to reheat it on my own. Never getting papa johns again. 10/10 would NOT recommend, especially on a work trip while staying at an air bnb with no vehicle.
